HaPpy to report that yesterday, August 21, 2024 Judge Whitney in San Diego Superior Court saw the pile of"evidence" that Sean Jones, Lauren's new and improved attorney presented and quickly ruled: MOTION DENIED. We are happy to provide a copy of the ruling, just send us a message (as that's how most of us are communicating)
A little history, Lauren Russell published her OWN current address to the public on July 1st in Nashville TN in a PUBLIC court document, that anyone can see on Google. She trotted herself down to the TN courthouse the very first business day after her CONTEMPT hearing here in San Diego. She filed the forms pro se ( no attorney) to file a lawsuit to try to intimidate 8 of the witnesses in her dog abuse case. Lauren Russell claimed under penalty of perjury she was SO broke, they should waive the fees for her bogus lawsuit...so in order for her to skate on the filing fee, she had to give her private information for the entire world to see. We saw it, we DID NOT PUBLISH IT ANYWHERE. She even filed a motion to have it sealed and that was denied.
Lauren Russell was attempting to intimidate 8 of the witnesses in this dog abuse case, when that didn't work, she did a pivot. She asked her attorney here in San Diego to file a motion that contained three ridiculously FORGED documents as evidence to the court. Trying to make it appear others had "exposed" her address and she was being harassed. Remember all of us are 1000 or more miles away.
*FURTHER, THE ONLY INFORMATION WE HAVE GATHERED OVER THE LAST YEAR IS BECAUSE OF LAUREN RUSSELL'S OWN ACTIONS~ Her actions have caused landlords, potential employers who were seeing her fake resume, various dog owners, even one who had her dog attacked to reach out to us. Random neighbors also contacted US for help and information, even Animal Control. It should be obvious, we would have absolutely no way knowing what was happening without CONCERNED NASHVILLE citizens stepping forward. Just as they have in California.
For Russell to claim anyone is calling her employers, landlords, neighbors is LUDICROUS, just another of her many lies.
Her attorney, Sean Jones presented to the court, TWO fake cut & paste emails that looked liked a 6th grader made them, one gave the wrong phone number of the sender. Russell was attempting to frame one of the witnesses and one of the plaintiffs claiming they had "EXPOSED HER ADDRESS" against a court request that asked her address not be shared. But that wasn't quite enough "evidence". Then a fake screen shot was created from the informational website that is tracking the lawsuit. A VIOLENT and DANGEROUS manifesto was created, cut and pasted and then attributed to one of the plaintiffs. We won't print it here as it is SO VILE, DESPICABLE AND DISTURBING. In classic Lauren Russell style, the name of the supposed "author" was even misspelled.
Lauren Russell and her attorney foolishly tried to pass it off as a "real screen shot". It was clearly made in a word processing program with no date, no browser information. As soon as it was brought to our attention, a police report was made in both Mt. Juliet and San Diego because the contents were so disturbing.
Lauren's attorney, Sean Jones presented these forged documents to the court, not once, but twice after he bungled the first request for a hearing, submitting unmarked exhibits.
At the second hearing, yesterday, he REsubmitted all of these forged documents and presented oral testimony with a straight face. Then, suddenly at the end of the hearing. Lauren Russell randomly unmutes herself and turns her camera on in an unhinged display~ demanding to "SAY SOMETHING" . She had to be muted by the court.
Despite all the DRAMA, AND HARASSMENT she has inflicted on others... she still manages to post this "poor me" bu****it on her social media.
