A game of such amazing bitey face that Rey is willing to forfeit her afternoon nap!
Rey and Logan playing right by me without including me in the fun is NO FAIR! I'm really good at bitey face too!

Part of growing up is learning you don't always get what you want right when you want it. This is crucial for beings who live in social groups. Rebel learning how to cope with feelings of disappointment and frustration isn't just cute, it's also important in her social development!
Don't worry, Mattie quickly invited her to a boxing match 😜
Puppy Toby the chocolate lab is growing up into a teenager right before our eyes! He and his family are making their way through our Premium Program and making big improvements in calm cooperation.
Like many party puppy labs, Toby was over excited to greet, easily distracted, had selective hearing, pulled on leash and was convinced every dog he saw was his new best friend.
But with practice, this young man is excelling in making better choices that make it downright fun to take him into busy spaces as he passes by people and pups with ease.
Keep up the great work Team Toby!
Healthy play is great exercise and a great way to help encourage an anxious dog to become more confident. Looks like a beautiful friendship between Mattie and Rebel is blossoming ❤️
Need a little Wednesday pick me up? Check out this before and after video of Kirby's start to his training program.
Kirby's goals include boosting his confidence and stopping his fear reactivity towards dogs on walks.
In video one, you see Kirby's first experience encountering role model Rey. He is overly quiet, avoidant, and stressed even with Rey standing quietly in the distance.
But we worked him through some Tug Dogs magic and in video 2, he's a whole different pup! These positive experiences will be a huge asset in helping Kirby change his behavior for the better.
The pups say good night 😴
On a training outing doodle puppy Morgan was unsure about a tarp blowing in the wind. So we thought we'd invite him to check out the annual taking down of the sunshades.
After a pause to observe the fabric moving around, Morgan listened as Trainer Erin shared enthusiasm about what was happening.
That's all it took for Morgan to decide that not only was this not scary, it was a cause to host a doodle party with some fun friends! In no time Morgan's enthusiasm rubbed off and the sunshades removal process became a cause for celebration 🎉😆
Some behind the scenes footage of what happens on littles days (volume on) 😴
One of my favorite things about watching Rey play with the littles is when she play acts letting them knock her over to the ground. They must feel so powerful to take down a dog 5 x their size 😆💪
Mattie and Yoli have become the best of friends 💓
I remember the first time I had Rey around a playful little. I wondered if she would need a lot of coaching to learn how to play safely and not squish her little friends. At 83 lbs, Rey is no little lady!
But to my surprise and delight, Rey has never needed coaching. She gracefully accepts whatever her little friends dish out and is always gentle.
She's quite the role model dog!
As Scotty's time with us comes to an end, he'd like to show off his polite leash walking skills. 🏆
