Today is my adoption anniversary! Tall human is gone on a work trip, so I had to take pictures with just human. First picture I am power smelling the air. Then I decided to block most of her face with my head.

Happy Thanksgiving! Did any other cats out there have to have their paw traced so their humans could make a turkey drawing? Just me? Also I don’t think either of them has ever seen a turkey before. Tall human’s doesn’t even have a wing.

Friends! Today is my birthday! I am (approximately 10 years old! Today is the day we celebrate when I was rescued 8 years ago, remember this is not my adoption day, that is in a month.

For anyone who is interested I am doing a fundraiser for my birthday for my pet therapy group, Miami Valley Pet Therapy Association (MVPTA) I am hoping to raise $10 from 10 people.

Friends! We it is almost my birthday! Well assumed birthday. We celebrate the day that I was rescued (not the date I was adopted that is next month). In 4 days I will be 10 (ish) years old! What presents do you think human should get me for my big day??

I had a great time at Petfest! I made many new friends, got lots of pets and even got a cool new catnip toy. Also got a pup cup on the way home.

Friends! Next Saturday is petfest 2024! It is the annual fundraiser for my pet therapy group, Miami Valley Pet Therapy Association (MVPTA) . There is a 5K, vendors, raffle baskets, pet demos. It is at Delco Park in Kettering. https://facebook.com/events/s/petfest/911060514198124/

Human put together a raffle basket of my favorite things! I have all these things, but I want this basket as well. I may have shoved my face in the basket a few times. And check out the SUPER up close photo when human had it all ready.

Sleeping between two of my favorite things: Tall human and a Briggs & Riley suitcase. I was first cuddling with the suitcase, and then tall human came so I cuddled with both.

When humans go on a trip they often take a mousey with them. I will pick out which one I want to go on the journey. Then they take it to various places to get lots of new smells.

On their recent California trip mousey was often accompanied by human’s elephant, which is a mascot for the college tall human went to, and a Dwight Shrute Lego Minifigure, which human brought because they were later going to see some of the office filming locations. Collectively they are known as the friends (whatever assortment travels with mousey).

In the first round of pictures you will see mousey’s journey to Palm Springs California. It was very hot so mousey and human didn’t spend a ton of time outside. But the big event was going to Joshua Tree, telling the park ranger and the gift shop human all about me. Humans even bought me a gift! A bandana map of Joshua tree. I am using it as a blanket, and will eventually allow human to take a photo of this.
