Hi everyone! I have a lot of
People asking me when grooming will restart, and the answer right now is I have no idea. The entire basement is to be replaced, and once all is done, I have two weeks worth of appointments that will need to be rescheduled. If your pet is in dire need of a grooming, it would be very wise to think about making an appointment elsewhere as there is no estimate time on when things will resume!

Hi everyone! Unfortunately my basement flooded yesterday, including my grooming room😭 This
Means that I will not be able to carry out any appointments until fixed. Right now any and all appointments up to Wednesday August 28th will be canceled and rescheduled once everything is back in working order. Appointments for Wednesday the 28th and beyond may be affected as well. I will keep you all posted and contact everyone whose appointments will need to be canceled! Sorry for any inconvenience, hope to be up and running again soon!

Hi everyone! Just a heads up, I am taking my holidays in July this year, this means that there will not be any availability for July month! Hi everyone! Unfortunately starting today March 21st I have to introduce a cancellation/no show policy. It has happened too many times that people have either canceled their appointment the day of or simply don’t show. This takes away appointment times for other people waiting and it simply is not fair. Starting today if you have an appointment booked, there is a minimum of 24 HOUR notice to cancel an appointment, if you don’t give a 24 hr notice then there will
Be a cancellation/no show fee of HALF the cost of the grooming appointment! This will have to be paid before any other grooming appointments will be booked.

Hi everyone! With all the Facebook hacking that is going on, Facebook business has become an unreliable source for me to book appointments from. This happened to me in 2023 where I lost my business page, and many of you weren’t able to contact me! So going forward, I am encouraging people to book appointments via TEXT or CALLING 709-572-2960.
I will be home soon, and grooming will start around February 20th. Anyone wanting an appointment when I get home, feel free to start contacting me now to book appointments :)
