STOP FLEAS & TICKS in their tracks....
Thought I would share what we do to keep our dogs from having fleas. The product and routine has been our go to for over 10 years. There was a two year period where our favorite granule was off the market so we substituted with a different brand. Luckily they started selling it again last spring. 💦 In addition, when I bathe all of my Weens the first wash is with Dawn dish detergent just to be sure nothing is lurking.
PRODUCT: BUG B-gon
FREQUENCY: Although the bag says it’s good for 6 months, from Spring until Fall we put it out every month on the highest recommended setting. In the winter months we cut back to every 2-3 months.
WHEN: To keep the pups from getting sick, it’s best to spread it on your lawn right before it rains. If you are in an area where it’s dry you will need to irrigate with a sprinkler to wash it into the soil.
WHERE TO PURCHASE: Home Improvement or garden centers.
