We made it , 12 weaves straight.
I'm so over the moon and so very very proud of Ink. ๐ฅฐ
It's so hard for him to contain his speed and excitement, but he proved this morning, that he can do it.
When life throws another curve ball at you and you start doubting yourself at everything you do, ( even as a trainer ) then the Ferrari pulls this off this morning.
Thank goodness I have my dogs to pick me up when life turns to sh*t.
They always seem to know when I need cheering up.
Ink you little beauty ๐ถโค๏ธ
Progress tonight.
Closing the weaves up slightly, very proud of his efforts. ๐ถ๐โค๏ธ
A lovely write-up from Jess and her Mum.
From Jess,
Zoom
Saturday night was the inter schools. Zoom ran in both the experienced agility and experienced jumpers. He ended up winning both classes. He even bet second place by a whole 4 seconds in jumpers. This was Zoomโs first ever time taking home a trophy for the inter schools, he managed to take home two! He also filled in for a dog in the open agility and did so amazing running for someone he didnโt know! Zoom also contributed the most points toward the top school trophy (which we won). He is such an amazing boy and keeps surprising me! ๐
From her Mum,
As well as their interschools success they got 2x2nds & a 4th in intermediate and a 3rd in JA
Flygility training for Tonic tonight in Rotorua.
This course had a off set jump in it and Tonic nailed it.
Such a awesome little Flygility Dog and she loves the game as much as her mum ( Willow ) did.
Thanks to the lovely ladies , who let me join in .

From Jess
Waimak jumpers Championships
Zoom had a wonderful weekend this week! There were six jumpers A classes and Zoom got 3/6 clear rounds. He did some amazing work on Saturday but sadly all handler errors so no clears on Saturday. On Sunday he did absolutely AMAZING he got a 5th out of 49 in the 5th Jumpers A. 3 of the dogs that beat him were all atleast Jumpers grand champions yet he was only 2 seconds away from 1st! In Jumpers A 4 he did a lovely run and got 3rd WITH A CHALLENGE again only 1 second behind 1st.Then, in the very last jumpers A he pulled of the most amazing run heโs ever done and got 1st ๐ฅ WITH ANOTHER CHALLENGE. This is his first weekend of getting two challenges at once so I am super proud of him. He is now only 1 challenge away from Jumpers champion and one away from agility champion ๐๐๐ He is such a cool dog to run, I love him so much ๐ฅฐ
From Jessica's mum.
I didnโt get his first place run on video but this is his 3rd place. Some very nice work.
So today, I'm going to put up a post about Jess and Zoom.
Probably more about Zoom then Jess ( sorry Jess ).
Watch this video and take a look at how Zoom corrected himself after a little bit of messy handling by Jess.( sorry Jess โค๏ธ)
Zoom is such a honest boy with the biggest heart โค๏ธ and there certainly wouldn't be many dogs around that would have corrected themselves and still made that weave entry.
Just amazing in my opinion.
Jess and Zoom are only 1 challenge away from becoming Agility Champions.
They still picked up a second place with this run, only 0.6 of a second behind the winner.
Go Jess , you got this.
Good boy Zoom.
