It's been so hot out, but this morning we were able to beat the heat and take Harley out for an early morning drive. She always enjoys a car ride❤️ so Brad will be soon customizing the backseat for our personal birds. 😊👏

This weekend we will be running a little special on our American Parakeets, we are lowering rehoming fee to what you would find at your local pet stores. The biggest thing when getting a baby from a breeder like us, is you will be getting a baby that has been loved, cared for, and given the best from day one, which make the transition from our home to yours no problem at all.

This weekend will be a hot one, so keep that in mind when you are thinking about stopping by to pick up your new feather baby. We will be available this weekend from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday Funday ! 😁 A little late posting but we tend to lose track of time when we have babies out🥰. Here are just a few pictures we took earlier today.

These adorable little Pacific Parrotlet babies were just hatched a few days ago, unfortunately the parents decided they didn't want responsibilities just yet, so these babies will be hand fed from just a few days old. Keep an eye out for future posts of these two siblings growing up in our hands together.

This baby is not available yet, but when our birds are fully weaned and become available and ready for new homes they do tend to go quick. Do a little research so you have an idea of what you are looking for, or see something that catches your eye, pick up the phone and reach out, we would love to help.

Birds have been used as therapy animals for years and can help lower anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Conures are considered great therapy pets because they are loving, affectionate, and want/enjoy a lot of attention, making a great life-long companion.
Not everyone realizes the impact a bird can have on their life until they've actually owned one.

Brad and I never thought or imagined that birds could impact either one of our lives as they have during the most difficult times in our lives. For that, our hearts are poured into the love and care of each and everyone of our feathered babies so that when they do go to their new forever homes, they will bring just as much joy and happiness to the new family. We are very passionate about what we do and because we have seen firsthand how our birds can change lives, we hope more and more people do start doing research to learn more about them.
Even if you are not a bird person but you know of someone that might benefit from a bird feel free to reach out. We would love to help.

We just stopped for the evening and almost forgot to do our weekly cockatiel update. We got a few more pictures we will post the next few days.

It's not too late to swing by today 😁. This green cheek conure baby is available and if you stop by today, the play stand and toy is included along with a hatch certificate, small bag of food, Millet spray and two extra toys.
Tina and I make the play stands and any toys ourselves, using all bird safe materials. Even if you are not interested in a feathered companion from B&T at this time, we still enjoy making toys and stands for any feathered babies.

Lovebirds are playful, very intelligent, curious, can mimic some sounds and although not always the clearest talkers, they definitely can learn to talk and can become a long time companion.

Birds can make great pets for many reasons, including:

Birds don't need to be walked, house trained, or entertained like dogs and cats, and their cages are easier to clean. They also require minimal grooming and space, making them a good choice for people with limited space or budgets.
