So zoo have booked out the whole entire venue to lse...for their sports night so there's no room for us. We have instead loop bar which is £3 before 11pm, £5 after 11pm. But drinks deals are good £3 jaeger, £3.50 double, £3 stella. Etc I'll see you there

There are four very important tickets you need to buy TODAY:

- Today is the last day to buy your RAG Sports' night tickets! Hawkshead - For £10 you can get travel, a top night out and help raise money for a great cause. Thats saving you a £6 train journey and lets you have the excuse of drinking for charity ;)
Tickets are on sale 11-1PM in the eclipse today and

- Our fabulous Performing Arts Society are hosting one of the best musicals of all time - Grease! We snook into rehearsals yesterday and it looks absolutely incredible. The performance is Monday 7th March so what better way to get rid of your Monday blues! Tickets on sale today HH 12 - 2, Camden 1 - 2!

- Beerinteering is back! Tickets will be on sale next week so if you missed out on halloweenteering or really want a chance to show off your house's creativity? Get your tickets for beerinteering and crawl your way to the different houses all with a tonne of challenges and a tonne of free booze.

- BVetMed3-ers are half way through our course! Tickets are now open for all BVetMed3 students for our Halfway Dinner. Fancy joining us to celebrate? You can either buy a dinner ticket from Tuesday 16th February which includes prosecco reception, 3 course meal, photo booth and gifts.. OR you can just join us at the Gable for the afterparty of a lifetime with student drink deals and lots of fun. Tickets are available from the SU Shop website.

Last day to buy tickets!
You only have about 12hours left and trust us, they're worth every single penny - you do not want to miss out!

There are 1000 people going to this event so far - it's not one to miss! Ask for it as a Christmas present or put the last bit of your loan towards something memorable rather than staying in whilst your flatmates enjoy themselves

Just a reminder -- IT IS A FREE UNLIMITED BAR, three course meal, dodgems, dj, dancing, casino, dancers, photographer and more!

Hope you've all checked your emails! Christmas ball tickets on sale TONIGHT! - Should be around 8/9pm.
All you have to worry about for now is sorting yourself out with a ticket, don't worry about table plans, meal requirements etc (Although i'm told they do their best to cater for all different needs, coeliacs, vegans etc)
If you're a 3rd/4th/5th year and can't remember if you paid SU subs, then we'll be posting up a list for you later so please dont keep messaging the shop.
Hopefully see you all there! Ticket deadline is December 1st so you have plenty of time.

Make sure you join the "Official RVC freshers 2015-16" group if you haven't already, and freshers week tickets are available on the RVCSU shop website.

Don't panic if an event you want to go to has sold out, there should be more tickets coming soon!

The technical difficulties with the Christmas Ball tickets have (touch wood) been fixed - thank you for being so patient whilst this has been sorted out!

Christmas ball tickets are now starting to go on sale on the SU shop website!

Up to ten people can book onto any table. Make sure when paying for your ticket that you and the people you want to sit with add yourselves to the same group - this is very important!

Currently only the first 50 tables worth of tickets are online - please don't worry about these selling out as the remaining tables will be added by Monday.

We still have some wristbands left for tonight! They are available from the SU offices and will be behind the bar in the Haxby and Buttery for anyone who hasn't bought theirs yet!

MEET AND GREET IS TONIGHT – you will be able to buy tickets and collect pre-ordered tickets from your nearest campus from 6pm – we will only be taking payments in cash!

Freshers angels and devils will be walking you down to uni from halls at the following times:
Mary Brancker House – 5.40, 6.00, 6.20 and 6.40
Connaught, Garden and International Halls – 5.40 and 6.20
College Grove – 6pm
Nurses Village – 6pm

We will be heading down to EGG for 9pm, coaches will leave Hawkshead at 7.45 and Potters Bar Station at 8pm. You will need either a weekly wristband or a red Meet and Greet wristband to get into EGG as well as your ID - you will NOT be allowed into EGG with proof that you are 18!

The Royal Veterinary College's Students' Union - RVC SU

Just a quick post to clear up a few questions about wristbands and sales:

The tickets will be available to all freshers from the SU Shop Website after you have received your RVC logins. Only freshers will be able to pre-order their tickets to ensure that there are enough available. The SU website has loads of information about life at the RVC so is great for new students to look at!

Weekly wristbands are available for both Camden and Hawkshead.
The Camden Wristband costs £32 and includes Meet and Greet, Initial Impressions, Sports Night, Bowling, Pub Crawl and Beerdrinking.
The Hawkshead Wristband costs £36 and includes Meet and Greet, Initial Impressions, Sports Night and Beerdrinking with coach travel to and from the events.

The Original Sin Freshers Ball are NOT being sold from the SU website, these are available from the following link:

We are extremely sad to announce that ticket sales have not reached the minimum needed to break even and Summer Ball 2013 will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

After much thought, we agreed that we would rather avoid debt and instead put the money toward making next year's fresher's week and further social events even better!

Furthermore, we know a lot of you were looking forward to going out and celebrating exams, so we will be putting some money behind the bar..

We are extremely sorry to have TEASED you rotten with all of the May Ball info, but due to it being a sensitive time for many students at the RVC, we are currently looking to reorganise May Ball for June.

We know many of you have exams, so we'll do our best to accommodate as many cohorts as we can and send out an email as soon as possible regarding the new date and times for ticket sales (please disregard the old ones!)
