My sweet child loves to bake. She certainly didn't get it from me. I enjoy eating sweets but the mess of it gives me anxiety.😅 100% all on her own, she made the cake and buttercream frosting from scratch and decorated it RCC themed.💓 Even cleaned up after herself.. Not bad for a 9 year old so I had to brag!

So much for unpacking today, Samson's definetly going to be there for awhile.😸 For my neice's bachelorette get away this past weekend we got to experience the Horizon of Khufu at Eclipso, a virtual reality room in Atlanta. We toured Khufu's pyramid, road stepping stones up and down to different areas (not really but IT FELT LIKE IT), rode on a boat, stood on top of the pyramid, and so much more. It was amazing on it's own but extra awesome when you're being guided by a large ancient Egypt CAT!!! Cat nip spray is apparently a hit or miss. My kitties LOVE cat nip but don't care for the spray at all. However, this sweet thing had the time of her life with a toy sprayed with it. This was actually the first time I got this shy kitty to play!

Flea season is upon us! This is a PSA to remind you to get your fur kids up to date on their monthly flea treatments. Being itchy is miserable! My flea infestation advice is to be consistent with treatments, wash bedding regularly, and vacuum everywhere and UNDER everything everyday. The vacuums for hardwood are awesome to help keep fleas at bay. Be sure to dispose of them so they don't crawl out. Flea combs come in handy for checking and removing them.
