BALI and INDONESIA - FOOT and MOUTH Disease - RESTRICTED VISITING
IF you have traveled to Bali or Indonesia please do not visit Yates Equestrian for a minimum of 3 weeks, and please do not bring clothing or footwear, hats ect that has been to those places .
Apart from our horses we also have cattle here and need to keep them all safe

Omicron Update !! 24th Jan 2022 - Updated again 19th Feb 2022
Hi All,
The horses are all very well and happy at Yates Equestrian.
We are taking the Omicron spread seriously , as we have a limited team here and need to stay healthy in order to give everyone's horses the best level of care.
So unfortunately from Tuesday the 25th Jan, the tackroom area, arena, round yard, toilet and house/garden area will be closed and unavailable for use for the next few months.
Also if you could please message me and let me know if you do intend visiting :).
Please do not visit if you have cold or flu symptoms or have been in close contact with anyone with covid, or a cold or flu.
If you have any concerns or queries please ask via messages , email ect , Thankyou :)

So proud of these two 💖 Chloe’s first project starting Bolero (11 year old Joshua Brook Warmblood x TB). He has had his first little ride out of the arena today- third ride under saddle and first trot! Chloe has spent a lot of time building a connection with Bolero on the ground when she’s been home from boarding school over the last year and I finally decided it’s time to let her have a go at training him, all those hours building that bond have really paid off. 😍

Update re lifting regional borders and some restrictions.

Hi All,
With the lifting of border restrictions next Monday, Yates Equestrian is lifting the 'lockdown' as of Monday the 18th of May.
You will be welcome to come and visit your horse/ horses again :) , as long as you (and including anyone in your household ) or any one visiting with you has no cold or flu symptoms .
We are lifting our own restrictions in stages here,
So you may visit your horse, but please message first with the day and an approximate time.
The round yard is available for use.
The small tie up area/wash bay near the round yard can also be used.
There will be soap available near that tap.

There are some restrictions still in place , which will be revised on the 1st of June
At this stage sorry the following restrictions will still apply
The arena, tack room and tie up area, toilet and house yard area are not available for use.
Please do not pat or feed any horses except your own.
No riding outside of the round yard
Please keep social distancing from any other visitors

Corona Virus Update 20/3/20
Hi All,
Yates Equestrian will be quarantined from Monday the 23rd of March for 4 weeks, then reviewed , with a possible further 4 weeks.
If you would like to message from this date and I will send photos and any info about your horse.
We will allow horses to be picked up with strict precautions
Hopefully we will all manage to stay well and keep all our horses here safe , healthy and happy,
Please be extra careful everyone and stay well,

Corona Virus Update !!

Hi All,
The horses are all very well and happy at Yates Equestrian.
We are taking the corona virus threat very seriously , as we have a limited team here and need to stay healthy in order to give everyone's horses the best level of care.

If you were planning on visiting your horse in the near future, please visit within the next week if you wish to.
From Sunday the 22nd of March the tackroom area, arena, roundyard, toilet and house/garden area will be closed and unavailable for use.
Also if you could please message me and let me know if you do intend visiting .

Please do not visit if you have traveled overseas in the previous week, or have been in close contact with anyone who has been overseas or if you have any cold symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone with a cold/flu.

We will be watching developments carefully and may lock the farm into quarantine at some point in the future. If this happens I will send photos and updates of your horse to you.
Please take extra care and stay safe
