Do you recognize this condition? Don't be alarmed, it is fairly common in new born puppies. Most commonly referred to as "milk drunk". Don't worry, no puppies were harmed during this event. They just sleep it off....

A very sad day today in Phoenix. A K9 dog was killed in the line of duty by a scum bag POS, hiding in an attic. After a long chase, the driver got away and hid. The K9 went in action when commanded by his handler. The dog was gravely wounded and rush to animal hospital. He sadly was not able to survive. The Chief of Police and the officers gave K9 Officer Bane a honor procession. RIP K9 Officer Bane, Always remembered, NEVER FORGOTTEN.
