I wish we had the opportunity to see every little girl or boys face when they see their special cake, I have to imagine they are beaming with joy. I know I would be! A mix of our creamy vanilla cake and rich chocolate cake dressed up with a snow white theme to celebrate a first birthday!

Created these minis for my nieces school party. Whole wheat banana & unsweetened apple sauce cupcake with organice whipped cream sweetened with a drop of pure maple syrup.. FYI taste tested and they were loved by the adults also 😋🧁
