Bloody Cancer ( Leukaemia ) my last hip biopsy found myeloid blasts are back in my bone marrow, to make things bitter sweet after entering the London marathon for 17 years this year almost one million people entered and I was chosen along with 16999 able body runners to line up for the 2025 TCS London Marathon ! Like the Alanis Morissette song 🎵 goes “ he won the lottery but died the next day ! Hey I’d rather a fly 🪰 in my Chardonnay ! So if my leukaemia hasn’t taken me out I will run the marathon, it won’t be fast like my 4 Boston marathon were but I’ll run it and train as hard as I can and my go fund me will be going towards leukaemia research and also breast cancer research because my wife has also had a big battle with breast cancer.
I just can’t believe 980 thousand people entered this year double the half a million who applied last year. Like I mentioned any donations will go towards leukaemia and breast research, also my beloved tickford Roush charge mustang will be up for sale to help with money to look at the latest treatment in Boston but the only real hope is a bone marrow transplant
My mustang is a 2017, 3000k with. Roush stage 2 tickford and a lot of mods but I’ve kept everything taken off and even brought a spare boot lid so I could keep the original with no drill holes that was needed for the Steeda rear wing, I honestly don’t want to part with it but when I get sick again it will be up for sale because my wife will keep our Jeep Cherokee as her car, but I’m getting ahead of myself as I want to live long enough to run / jog the London Marathon next April and you just never know a bone marrow donor match could still happen, oh yeah I won’t get a chance but my mustang has a GT350 style bumper , bonnet and vented guards that I doubt will be painted and fitted while I have the car, I also have the more aggressive race style diffuser as I am not a real fan of the GT350 style plus I wanted the GT350 bumper and vented guards as there are so many GT500 front end mustangs out there these days , look awesome done right but i always liked the more subtle look of the GT350 and not so many around , the car sounds so good,
But getting back to my fundraising please help if you can I’d really appreciate any support that you could help me with
