- Daycare cancellations need to be paid for unless more than 24 hours notice is provided
- Boarding cancellations require 7 days notice or your 50% deposit will be taken.
- Daycare hours; 7am-4pm m-f *7am start is part of my effort to respect my neighbours 😉
- Communication hours; 9am-5pm m-sat

I will reply to urgent messages If I have capacity outside of these hours but will no longer be communicating on Sundays.

Due to recieving too many last minute cancellations these policies will now be enforced.

Priority Pets is our families sole income, last minute cancellations have an immediate impact. We can no longer sustain ongoing loss of income. We can no longer work 24/7. We appreciate your support.

We pride ourselves on being reliable, professional and transparent. We adore your pets and want to be able to continue offering our services.

Koda and Dyson were not to blame. Cushions explode, Hedgehog Stuffies combust....I have a snowglobe house today. That is just what happens when staffies and baby labradors come to play 🥰

Having had a weekend "dog free" we went camping, where I patted every pooch I could to get my fix 🤣

We have vacancies for daycare and house visits.

Butter would not melt, newbies Koda and Buddy had the best time with me this morning - burning off all that young labrador energy in the shell pool and wrestling.

So nice when you can pair up and scheme on the best way to steal a tea towel and have a chase 😂

Lots of daycare regulars coming back, it was way too long beyween cuddles and I am always amazed how quickly they grow.

If you need daycare please get in touch, today we spent time on basic commands, socialisation, recall, crate training and had a tonne of water play fun.

Sleepy pets, happy pets, cheeky pets and cutie patooties.

I love them all. We have had a bumper Christmas / New Year period and the holidays haven't stopped yet.

Vegas, Dallas, Callie, Freddo, Freddy, Ozzie, Mavis, Desmond, Jim, Dahla, Yana, Daisy, Biggie, Darby and Miss Ruby - thank you all for snuggling us and making us love our jobs ❤️ we are glad you're all part of the PPP fam.

Daycare is back, and we are flat chat but still have some spots 😉

Darby is having a mid morning nap after chasing his new mate Stan around the yard and doing laps in the shell pool 🥰😍

I do love all breeds and my love for Golden Retrievers truly know no bounds. He's adorable and absolutely besotted with our cat, Fern, which is just so special.

It's been pretty manic and it'll only be getting "manic-er" so many gorgeous faces.

Dogs, cats and cuddles. Everywhere! Plus lots and lots of water, toys and socialisation.

The planned for break over Xmas didn't happen so Jan 11th is my next day off.... wish me luck!

Please be aware, get snake avoidance training and don't walk your dogs in this heat. Also, the fireworks are all about to start, I highly recommend some desensitisation training (play loud noises at home, pop on videos of fireworks) and thundershirts help.

Don't put chocolates under the tree, ask your gift givers if they have any chocolate in their gifts. Let's keep all our beloved doggos safe ❤️

Please make sure you have a collar and ID tag on your dog. PLEASE check your dog's microchip details are up to date. PLEASE regularly check your fencing.

I understand how quickly a dog can slip the fence, pop out of a gate, chase a cat out of the front door. It's happened to me, thankfully no harm has ever come of a dog that's gotten out, even my English Pointer years ago who took a big old walk around the town was safely returned because her ID clearly stated my info.

I see dozens of posts on community pages, pictures of dogs roaming, being picked up or worse, attacking other dogs. I regularly go walking to help find a missing dog.

Take an hour this weekend and make sure your family member is safe this Christmas and beyond xx

Boarding is almost full until February.

Please contact with your dates for bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure as well as a mandatory meet and greet assessment for both you and us.

Remember; no hide chews, keep chocolate and grapes away and do regular grass seed checks - it is the season.

Consider buying your dog an air tag for Christmas, let's keep them safe and happy xx

The week that was.

Newcomers Dallas and Vegas were hanging with us to help prepare to holiday with us. Such fun, affectionate gentlemen 😀

Lola said farewell after a brief weekend stay, she did so well for her first time and we miss having her here.

Miss Daisy gave me lots of head smooches on my daily feed /cuddle visits.

And Rex, Ruby, Vader and Chili were back for play time and reconnected with old mates Bentley, Freddy and Larry.

We also met miss Callie and gorgeous boy Duke who will be here for boarding soon.

Plus, a couple of walks! I'm taking a well earned weekend off 😄

It's Mulberry season.

I have a massive tree out the back that fruits prolifically. The dogs love it, my white bed sheets do not 😂
