Sarchi is at risk for PRA, BUT I am happy to say that at 6 years old she had her eyes re-examined for OFA today and her eyes are perfect

We miss the Ohio Classic

Sarchi has decided on a new pattern of doing something great at the Ohio Classic.
Last year she earned her grand championship, this year she earned her advanced precision coursing title as well as received 1 Group 3, 4 Group 2s, 1 Group 1, and a Reserve Best in Show!
We couldn't ask for a better breed ambassador (okay maybe we'd like her to listen more 😝) and an amazing companion all around.

As an announcement, we are going to try and breed Kisu one more time. Last time she wouldn't let the stud mount. We talked it over with her co-owner who would like a puppy out of her. Also since Maehem won't be bred, I feel it is best to do this for the future of the breed and genetic diversity.
Mijikai Kensha Kai Ken & Hokkaido -est 1999. KKA Recognized and us had planned to breed Sarchi to Reiwa next heat, but we want her to be ready in time for Premier so instead are skipping a heat. That litter will not be raised by us, and instead will be at Mijikai. I believe that litter is all spoken for.
As for the possible Kisu litter, I will try and keep everyone posted as there is a chance for an available pup if it is successful.
