This boy/girl made a journey from Canada to Korea yesterday.

I just took a couple photos at the airport right after I received him.

Wanted to share a quick tip with you all

For those of you who culture springtails - I recommend about once a month flooding your culture with distilled water to the brim. Try and make sure as little charcoal as possible is floating and let the cultures sit for about 30 minutes. What this does is any mites that are most likely in your cultures will drown while your springtails will float. At 30 minutes I use airline tubing and carefully siphon out all the extra water (making sure not to suck any springtails up)

Mites are everywhere in the world and sometimes extremely difficult to notice. they are in most food sources fed to springtails and will compete for food. Using this method will help your culture's population, health, and lifespan.
