Reposted from Feb 2023. And now my puppies are substantially lower so it’s even less!

Think about it….

You get paid per hour at your job, right?

A breeder who is reputable keeps their puppies until 12 to sometimes 16 wks of age, or longer. They work 24/7, skip vacation, have to tell their kids no when a b***h is in labor, skips family gatherings & basically arranges life around their dogs. They experience loss commonly. Loss of puppies, loss of their b***h, loss of a family who kept in touch & all of a sudden doesn’t. But people think 3000-3500 is too much for a well bred, socialized, vetted, purebred dog.

For example, let’s take a puppy that is priced at 3500 & stays with the breeder for 12 wks. That’s 24 hrs in 7 days per week which is 168 hrs a week. 168 hours times 12 weeks is 2016 hrs. 3500 divided by 2016= 1.74

So the breeder “made” 1.74 per hour. But that’s not including any expenses (vet care, microchips, AKC registration, dewormer, vaccines, food, litter, etc etc) It’s also not factoring in the lifetime support offered (text messages, emails, calls etc to give advice, offer support, or just acknowledge how beautiful the puppy is) for the next 10-15+ yrs. And don’t forget the countless hours of laundry, changing litterboxes, & grooming. Plus the expenses of preventative care for the breeding dogs.

Reasonable offers will be considered as I am desperate to downsize. I cannot plan any new litters until these babies find their families. Therefore no new litters are planned for 2024.

Where are my boy dog lovers?!?!

Archie: born 11/5/2023 black tri color. This little cutie has been neutered, looooves water, plays well with other dogs & does great with kids. He weighs about 6 #

Cubby: born 10/25/23 black & tan. He has been neutered, he weighs about 6.5 # & is good with other dogs, cats & kids. He is a super sweet boy & has 2 brothers & 2 sisters still here. We can hook you up with a pair for a great deal!

Steel & Asher: brothers born 10/26/23 blue merle parti. Steel is a little goofball who loves squeaky toys & to be cuddled & held. He is a bigger boy at about 9 #. He has the best freckles on his face which makes you just want to kiss him all day! He has been neutered & AKC registered. He does great with other dogs, cats & kids.

Asher is a blue merle parti too. He also weighs about 9 # & has been neutered. Asher would be a great agility or sporting dog. He loves to jump our 3’ “wall” that separates the dogs & doesn’t want to miss any action. He is a cuddler & does great with other dogs, cats & kids. Both these boys can be found wading in the kiddie pool on a hot day

Skittles is from the shelter but we’ve had her since she was a kitten. She looooooves playing with the pups & goes into their pen to get attention from them! Besides Kynzli (my youngest human child) this is why my pups are so friendly ❤️❤️

Onyx says it’s hot out here! She’s so black she’s hard to get pics of. She has been spayed & is re@dy for her family! She was a year old in Feb & is 6 # but looks 4 #. She would be a perfect purse puppy!

New pics of Cupid! He is a year old, has been neutered, is crate trained & great with other dogs, cats & kids. He is the sweetest boy! He loves to play in the pool & just hang out on his doggy cot in the sun! He has been hoping his perfect match will come around soon! He has had several inquiries but no one serious enough to come snuggle him in person! Let’s change that!

Ditto: male black & tan born 10/25/23. Ditto is a sweet boy who loves water! He enjoys laying in the baby pool, running around the yard, & chewing on a good squeaky toy. He has been neutered & had his vaccines. He is about 9 #

Rocky: born 10/25/23 This big guy has such a sweet personality! At about 10 # he has a coat to die for! He loves kids & playing in the pool. He has been neutered.

Karma: female, dob 3/24/23, weighs 6-7 # & is crate trained. She is a very laid back little girl. She likes to be held & cuddled. She has not been spayed yet but will be done before leaving. She has been AKC registered. She still uses her litter box when confined but loves to be outside & hanging out on the couch. She’s very playful just prefers to be snuggled ❤️

Onyx: spayed female, born 2/1/23, she is tiny. She weighs 6 # but looks more like 4! She is still using her litterbox when confined but enjoys being outside. She loves to play chase with the other dogs & can run like a cheetah lol. Those little legs can really move! She would be a perfect purse puppy! She is AKC registered.

If you’ve been considering a teenage Pom to avoid the puppy stage, you’ll be glad to know the recent boy to go home (Teddy) moved right in & has had NO accidents! I can’t promise this will be the case for the one you pick, but with consistency & following a schedule, you’ll probably be able to say the same thing! I have several older pups that would LOVE to sleep on your pillow & be your snuggled buddy! Pri*ces have been redu*ced again!

Thunder: male black & tan born 11/21/2022. Thunder is a laid back boy who loves to play in the pool. He will eat the hose if we let him! He is about 6 #, crate trained, very calm & would be a great couch potato or walking partner. He has not been neutered but will be done before leaving. He is AKC registered

Merle baby: born 6/06/24 This handsome boy has at least one blue eye, charts 5-6 # & is the sweetest as they come. He is not ready yet but a deposit will hold him until he is 10 wks old. Paloma is his mama & she will be retiring once these babies are weaned, so he’s the last one from her. He will be AKC registered. He is litterbox trained currently.

Shadow: neutered male, dob 6/16/23, weighs 4-5 # & is crate trained. He is just a little guy & isn’t too sure about the pool. He does love to play with toys & the other pups! He would be an awesome purse puppy, copilot on adventures or push his spoiled butt around in a stroller! He is a go-with-the-flow kinda guy & is AKC registered.

Cupid: neutered male, born 4/23, he is a bigger guy at 9-10 #. He is crate trained & VERY food motivated. He will be easy to train & may even be a good agility or other dog sport prospect. He is very agile & LOOOOOOVES his baby pool! He is AKC registered & wild at feeding time but otherwise a pretty chill boy.

Domino & Clancy had their vet checks today! We snapped some new pics when we got home! They both weigh just 2.5 # which still charts them to be about 6 # or so. These boys had a PERFECT exam & are now ready to join their families! Just one problem, they haven’t found their people yet!! Let’s change that 🙂 ❤️

Astro, cubby & Thunder are still waiting for their people! Astro & cubby have been neutered. Astro weighs about 5 # & Cubby around 6. They were both born in late Oct & would love to find their people. Thunder was a year in Nov & runs about 6 #, he has not yet been neutered. Contact me to FaceTime or come see these boys!

My beautiful Paloma will be retiring in just a few short weeks! Several people have been interested in giving her a forever home once that happens but now that it’s creeping up on us, I’m curious to see who is still interested. She is about 6 #, will be spayed & have a dental with bloodwork & a heartworm test. She is crate trained but I won’t promise house broken. We are a multiple dog household & we do have accidents. Marlie is out of Windy & Rolex & is a shy but VERY sweet little girl. She does wonderfully with my children, cats & other dogs. She is crate trained & likely housebroken (no promises). She has not been spayed yet but will be done before leaving. She is about 6-7 # & the perfect size for playing fetch or walking in the park. She has so much to offer & would love to go home with you!

Ebony is out of Stella’s last litter & is a beautiful & sweet girl. She has not been spayed yet & is coming out of her heavy shed like most of our Poms this time of year 🤦‍♀️ She is crate trained & likely housebroken. She loves cats, other dogs & children. She’d rather be outside chasing her friends & wading in the baby pool than anything else but after a long day of activity she’s ready to snuggle on the couch & watch a movie. She’s about 7 # currently & has been AKC registered.

Em&m’s Catchin Dreams, son of Em&m’s Chasin Dreams! This amazing boy has so much to offer & a personality that’s even better than he is beautiful. He is a bit of a baby & loves to be held but whines when brushed or something is done he’s not the biggest fan of. He is not a biter but just a vocal baby. This makes him not the best candidate to show but rather to be a spoiled companion! He is crate trained & loves to be outside. He has a dominant personality over some of the other boys but does well with the majority (& right now we have too many). He also does well with kids & cats! He will need to be neutered before leaving & has been AKC registered.

Handsome Indy is still one of my favorite Poms I’ve ever had born here. He has the most amazing blue eyes & unique markings. I just have too many boys to think about keeping him. He is crate trained, does well with kids, cats & other dogs. He is also still litterbox trained but prefers to be outside. He will need to be neutered before leaving & has been AKC registered. Someone better get him soon or I may just keep him 😳
