Sorry I've been absent for the past week. Dealing with some personal issues. Needed to clear my head. Its hard to admit but I'm depressed and struggling with these issues.

The next run starting Dec 11th will be going ahead. Please be patient while I catch up with responses.

Sorry to keep everyone waiting again. I'm having some personal issues with family and the vans head gasket has gone 😭 everything that can go wrong.....
I have sorted a courtesy van so the run is GO!
I'm now working with my wife through the night to get your time slots In order and out to you.

Next run starts August 20th with bookings closing Mon 15th August at noon, no Scotland.

Good morning fellow herpers 👋 I hope you are doing well and surviving with the heat. Lots of species we keep can't. I've had a few people ask myself if these animals will be OK to transport.
Absolutely yes. Cooling is more important than heating and I have an open van and use the aircon to keep it cool.
Please make sure all animals are well hydrated.
Bookings close tomorrow at noon.

Bookings are open, bookings are always open 😁, for May run starting 28th with bookings closing Mon 23rd at noon.

When making a booking please send me both full addresses and contact details, names and numbers, and please specify what is being collected and delivered.

Prices start at £42.50 for up to 200miles from pick up to drop off. Extra £5 for every, up to, additional 50miles. This can include up to 8 small animals from one address to the other.
Like Leo's, cresties baby snakes ect.

I also transport vivariums, tanks racks etc. Up to 5ft x 4ft x 4ft. Book early for this service as space is limited. Price is as above if just moving the vivarium or additional £15 if travelling with the animal(s) calling it home.

My apologies to you all. I have now got home. The RAC could not get me home and left me at one service station then another, after almost 30 hours. I had to pay a private firm to rescue me, a sole trader small firm, to complete what a massive corporation could not. I've had no sleep in 48hr. I still have to collect a courtesy van and recharge, sleep. Please bare with me while I sort this mess out.
The remaining animals on board are safe and well, no equipment failure, been kept warm throughout. I will prioritise these now and resume deliveries.
I will contact everyone as soon as I can and complete the run.
In my 4 years I've never been let down so horribly and in turn let you, my great customers, down.

UPDATE I'm currently on route home. I've arranged another van for tomorrow. I'm going to be 48hr behind. Your times will be very similar but 2 days later unless I've told you differently. Sorry for the inconvenience. I know people have booked time off ect
