Writing in to give feedback on my experience with Askforpets.com.

I am extremely astonished with your excellent customer service and turn around time.

I am an ardent online shopper and my favorites until now have been amazon.com and flipkart.com.

This was my first time with Askforpets.com and I was astonished.

Have tried other online pet portals as well like tupples.com and dogspot.in but nothing matches askforpets.com.

Even though the products i ordered were out of stock which I was disappointed to know as it was not mentioned on the website but the solution provided was great and infact I completely forgot that what I had initially ordered wasnt even there.

One more point why people should order from askforpets.com is that they are cheap in comparison to other dog portals and when i say cheap, it not a difference of 20 to 30 bucks but in some cases a couple of hundreds.

I would certainly recommend this to everyone.

Thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work. Consistency is the key.

GREAT FACILITY & FINE PRODUCTS

I have birds (Cockatiel and Love Birds) as pets with me. It was difficult to buy proper quality food for my birds in Delhi, NOIDA. Availability of world class bird food (online) through Future Bazaar/AskForPets was most welcoming and a great facility to the Pet (Bird) owners. I ordered and received Bird Food, Multi-Vitamins and Birds Feather Spray from Future Bazaar. The items were supplied by ‘AskForPets’.

Consignment received through the logistics partner (COURIER SERVICES), showed some discrepancy and the matter was reported to Future Bazaar and AskForPets. It is heartening that the Team AskForPets contacted the undersigned within 24Hrs on phone and also confirmed in writing through email message, to take immediate action to resolve the issue. Amazing that such quick response to attend to the Customer Care and resolve the issue to the full satisfaction of the undersigned was initiated. Undersigned has full faith in the product suppliers and the fine product being marketed by them. I RECOMMEND PET OWNERS TO MAKE FULL USE OF THIS FACILITY, TO BUY WORLD CLASS PRODUCTS FROM AskForPets.

Benevo cat food seems to be more popular than meat based cat food. Our 3 cats simply love it and our neighbours cats who get meat cat food, jump over the fence for a handful of benevo cat food all the time!

Warning all Cat people: The cat food brand DROOLS is being linked, more and more, with urinary blockages. Top Cat went on the banned list with all ethical vets some time ago, as it led to several fatalities and the link was impossible to deny. The same has been true of Drools of late, so if your cat is on Drools please switch brands TODAY and spare him or her the risk. Remember that in a male cat a urinary blockage is potentially fatal. Top Cat and Drools are now on our banned list. We have given all our cats Royal Canin, Whiskas and MeO for many years without any such problems. Please do not be too ready to experiment with new brands in the market unless very well known and tried and tested. Keep your beloved kitty safe and well by sticking to the safer brands of cat food. Of course, if you are giving your kitty home cooked fish or chicken etc (with pumpkin our vets tell us :) ) all the better, but if on commercial food, remember, no Top Cat, no Drools.
