Happy New Year one and all! Thought it was about time for another photo dump from the Chester le Street and Stanley patch 😃

This post comes with sadness as unfortunately the beautiful Worraz 🐱 is no longer with us after a long battle with illness, he was given a new lease of life 8 months ago when his meds were changed and its been an absolute pleasure getting to know him but at a grand old age he passed over the rainbow bridge on NYD 🥲 RIP Worraz 🌈

In other news, apologies to those who've messaged on messenger throughout December - evidently I'm STILL not getting notifications and I have no idea why I'm not. If you don't get a response on there, drop me a text or whatsapp on 07804984926 ☺️

Annoyingly, FB is still restricting uploads to 30 photos at a time which is a pain in the bott as there are sooo many others I'd have included otherwise but I think I've got everyone in which includes our regulars Molly, Dora, Mina and Poe the doggos and all the cats and hens we've seen since my last update 😻

Better late than never, here's a mixup of lots of recent (ish 🙈🤣) pet sits with a side order of Dora, Mina and Poe. Molly has been off for a few weeks so we're looking forward to seeing her again soon ♥️🐾

Firstly I'd like to start by saying we are terribly sorry to hear of Logan passing over the rainbow bridge a few days after I last saw him 🌈 I didnt see him much as I just stand in for their normal walker, and while I knew he was poorly, I certainly didnt think I'd not be seeing him again. RIP Logan 😭 I saw his "brother from another mother", Wilson, the week after out with their normal walker and while we've never met before, Wilson recognised me and came over for a lovely fuss despite me having my regular dogs out with me and he's always been the shy one so that was super sweet 🥰

In other news, sheesh, what a busy summer we've had, so apologies for being so slow in uploading any more photos! We had a lovely family holiday at the end of the kids' summer holidays and it was a much needed break for me, mentally at least, but not physically as we walked absolutely miles! And probably more than during my average working week so thats saying something! You can take the dog walker out of work but you cant take the walker out of Sarah it seems 🤣

Upon our return, my bookings were thick and fast so I hit the ground running and haven't stopped since!

Please remember we DO NOT (nor ever have) offered dog boarding or dog sitting as a service - every single day I'm getting enquiries and the answer will always be no. I can highly recommend our friends Tami and Chris of Critter Sitters) though I believe they're fully booked currently) or Ellie at (hmm won't let me tag her page).... Super busy for the next couple of weeks too so all ongoing bookings will have their pets' photos uploaded upon their return, as always, for security purposes.

I have a couple of extra dates I'll be taking off in November but they're mostly weekends with the odd Thurs/Fri so I'll message all our regulars over the next couple of days to confirm those 🤗

Been a little while since my last update and my phone is having a wobbler about running out of space so it's time for an upload and an exciting announcement!

We have welcomed a new little puppy of our own to the Washington Pet Services gang and into our family 🥳 she met Molly in the garden last week 🤩🐾

As you can see, we've predominantly been in the shade and trying to follow streams wherever possible 🌞 lots of ongoing pet sits so those pics will go on when their respective owners get home from their holibobs. Just popping on to put my latest pics on as I'm off for a few days next week so I thought now was a good time to clear out my photo archives ☺️
I've had my girls helping me on some of my jobs over the Easter Hols which has been lovely. As normally my "staff meetings" I find are rather one sided in conversation 😂

It's been a bit quieter than normal dog-wise with Dora, Mina and Poe off on their hols but equally we've been kept busy with pet sits while other hoomans are on their hols! So, in addition to our regulars Molly, Tilly, Milly and Simba, and returning from last year, guinea pigs Tilly and Ginger and hens Daisy, Priscilla, Phoenix and Miss Lar, we've also welcomed brand new cat Simone to the gang 😍 check these out ⏩
