Snowflake came to us biting, hissing, angry & terrified. He only ate seeds, never came out of his cage & was unable to fly. Today, he still bites, hisses & gets angry, as needed. After all, he is a bird! 😆 He also changed his diet, overcame his fears & flies like a pro! Happy 12th Rescue/Birthday to our handsome, Mr. Snowflake! 🥳

Doodle Bugs & I made this video last night, and I had no idea it would be the last time I had the privilege to tell her I loved her. It was time for God to take care of our baby, and He lifted her peacefully in her sleep. 🙏

Many will think how lucky animals are to have found humans, but the truth is, we are the fortunate ones to be chosen & loved by these amazing animals. For 8 wonderful years, you have been my hot mess, and forever in my heart, you will always be my hot mess, Doodle Bugs. I love you, baby! 💔
