Doberman Rescue Group, Inc. is an organization dedicated to the rescue of unwanted, abandoned and abused purebred Doberman Pinschers. Fosters needed!!!!

Founded in 1989, Doberman Rescue Group, Inc. is an Oklahoma-based organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of unwanted, abandoned and abused Doberman Pinschers in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Our dogs come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to animal shelters/pounds, owners, backyard breeders and puppy mills. After our dogs are evaluated and rehabilitated in fo

ster care, we do everything in our power to help ensure they're placed in safe, loving homes for the remainder of their lives. DRG does not have a shelter building or facility where it's possible to personally visit the dogs. All of our Dobermans are fostered in loving volunteer homes for as long as it takes for them to find their forever families. Only after you've submitted an application and been approved will we arrange meet-and-greets. DRG is solely volunteer based, we welcome any type of donation, be it volunteer time, supplies, goods and wares for auctions/charity events, or monetary contributions. Our ability to continue to rescue this majestic breed depends solely upon private donations and volunteer effort, so whichever way you may wish to help is tremendously appreciated! We have another….Middle aged female. She is so sweet. Thrown away by her owners. She is HW+ but she can do the soft treatment. We will help guide you. She deserves a home for the rest of her life. We can’t bring her in without a foster home. She is in a shelter. All shelters are full. Please help us help this sweet girl. Please….

UPDATE!!! Safe and ADOPTED!!

Look at this face! This beautiful boy is around 2-3 years old. He was dumped and was starving. He LOVES other dogs! In fact he is a great all around gentleman! He is in a shelter with not much time. He wants a home for Christmas. We would take a foster. Please step up and give him a chance!

Look who has a foster! She has 3 new doggie friends and a family for Christmas 🎄
Penny still needs several tests. She has a heart murmur and several tests need to be run. If you would like to help you can call in to Wellness. 1-405-896-2120. Say for Doberman Rescue Penny.
We still have several dogs waiting to come in. If you would like to share the holidays with one of our Dobes please send us a message. We are basically dead in the water without some foster homes. Please help us get them out of the cold!

Who could give this dog, people loving sweet girl a temporary place to lay her head? She is in OKC at our vet in the city. She is so loving gets along with all dogs. She is crate trained, spayed and all shots. We have not got her other needs done yet. She currently has a 200 dollar bill. Please give her a place to lay her head!

We need some help! Meet Penny she is a sweet middle aged girl. She needs immediate help. Her vetting will be 600-650 with her boarding. She is very sweet and after her tests and vetting she needs a home. We are looking for foster or adopter. She loves other dogs. Not sure about cats. We are needing donations desperately to help her. Since it takes awhile to get funds from go fund me. If you can help we are asking you call the vets office to donate. The number is +1 (405) 896-2120. Dr. Bays. Please call and tell them it is for Penny Doberman Rescue Group. We are in dire straits here! We have 5 dogs beside Penny who are desperate for fosters. They are in dangerous situations or on euthanasia lists for this week! Please send a DM and we will expedite your application. We hate asking for help but Penny needs help!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Again we need you! We have several Doberman’s needing a foster or forever home. We are full and without you they won’t make it! First let me share some pictures. Some are strays found by kind people. We have some in shelters and no I can’t tell you what shelter. All are good with other dogs. Please step up for the holidays to help a Doberman come in from the cold!
Please don’t let the holidays rock your foundation.
You are not alone and we are here for each other!
