Stunning boy Hodei has a home at last. When he came to the refuge he was positive for Leish, but now his results are very low, and he has found a forever home in Holland. We wish him a wonderful life.

This pretty small Podenca is Miriam.

Miriam is a pretty girl, with cinnamon and white colouring, and she is only small, weighing 9kg.

She was picked up on the road near our volunteer's house.

Four people were trying to catch her and they did.

Poor Miriam was found to have a fractured hip, it is not operable, and for most of the time it doesn't cause her a problem, but from time to time she limps.

She is small sized and would love to find her Forever Sofa.

Like all of our dogs Miriam will need a lot of socialisation with as many adults and children as possible. She needs to become used to a wide range of events, environments and situations.

She is neutered, vaccinated, blood tested, microchipped, and has a passport.

Puna is a medium sized beautiful chocolate brown Podenco Orito.

Puna was rescued in a neighbouring village.

She is a calm and gentle dog who enjoys playing with other dogs.

She also enjoys the company of people a lot. She would make a great new addition for any family.

Sadly, she tested positive for Leish.

She is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and blood tested.

Do you remember Ruby - the blind German Shepherd?
Ruby landed on her 4 paws and is now living her best life. She has a GSD sibling, acres of garden and even has a hydrotherapy pool of her own.
We couldn't be happier for her. 🌹🐾💞

Meet Laika.

Laika is a gorgeous looking Labrador mix with a predominantly black coat, with a white chest.

Blanca is 18.9kg.

Laika had been abandoned and a family picked them up and looked after them both, but now they don't have work they asked GPAR for help to find a good home/s, they are friendly and sociable and can be homed separately or together.

Laika is neutered, vaccinated, blood tested, microchipped, and has a passport.
