Deviant Exotics Specializing in Unique pets for Unique people Though our boas can be both, as you can see with Circe & her milk crate.

When we say "deviant" we could mean miscreant misbehaving exotics, but the definition we're using is "differing from the norm". We're a small family of reptile enthusiasts who want to help spread the joy of owning these fascinating animals. Though we keep a variety of other reptiles our focus is on the selective breeding of boa constrictors. While we work with color morphs & may be addicted to Hypos our passion is adding color & refinement to pattern morphs.

Denver Media Outlets Fail to Cover Multitude of Juicy Stories Behind Recent Rabbit Farm Raid | Bob M

The dead rabbits were food, this doesn't bode well for those of us w/freezer chests full of snake food. That's aside from all the questions of how this could possibly be legal in the first place & how it demonstrates "rescued" animals going from being in a good place to be abused by the rescuers themselves.

Since breaking the news about a raid during which 193 rabbits were seized from a nationally-recognized rabbit expert, I've learned more disturbing details.

This is an awesome tutorial that can be used to make display housing for more then just centipedes. The only thing I'd add is to glue some little feet on the bottoms so thay'd be stackable w/o losing the ventilation.

Here's Spidora, our green fanged jumping spider of awesomeness.

We'll be getting an Antilles Pinktoe (Avicularia versicolor) at the next Cleveland Reptile Show. Already checked with our friend & he has some in so stay tuned for panic filled posts when we get it home & it escapes while being transfered for it's deli cup to it's tank.

Pet Snakes Here's Angelcakes (my daughter named her) a Type 1 sub adult Anery boa constrictor. I think I have a few up of Ice, she's been sold, but her's would show the juvie colors of a really nice selectively bred type 1 anery.

I don't think there will be any new pictures this week. I'm on pet sitting duty while the rest of my family is on vacation, my camera went with them.
If it rains I may dig through the memory cards & see if there's anything good on them though.
