Ruff 2 Fluff Dog Grooming

We would like the address the accusations posted yesterday. During the grooming of a dog, Bailey, he became aggressive and tried to bite the groomer multiple times, for clippers. For the safety of the dog and the groomer, she used his scruff (back of his neck) to guide him away from the clippers so he wouldn't get injured. Then, even running her hand down his leg he was being uncooperative so we made the decision that it was best not to force him through a haircut and instead put him back in the kennel. That is when his mom came in to get him. Bailey was never smacked or picked up with his lead. We offered to continue the groom on a later date. We have reached out to the dogs owner and have yet to hear back.
