As some of my Facebook friends are aware, we lost our dear fur baby, CiCi on Sunday. 😢 I had just received one of her medications from Chewy pharmacy. I had not opened it when she passed. I called Chewy and asked if I could return it, and also cancel the auto ship items for CiCi. They asked me why, and I told them she had passed away. They told me to donate the meds to a shelter, and they processed a refund. Outstanding customer service!

Today I received a notification that I had a package delivered by FedEx. I hadn’t ordered anything that would have been shipped by FedEx. I checked tracking, and it showed Chewy as the shipper. Of course, my first and only thought, was that my auto ship had not, in reality, been cancelled.

To my total amazement, this is what I had received from Chewy, with a note, expressing condolences for the loss of our dear CiCi ❤️
