Due to some changing circumstances, we are casually looking for a new home for Faux the bunny. He came to us as a rescue, we never intended to have a bunny, but we were a safe place for him to land after whatever circumstance led him to need a rescue. Faux is a 3 year old Rex who loves to be petted and scratched. He’s an easy keeper with no medical issues. He is not neutered, so he could be a breeding male if you’re interested in that. He would also make an AMAZING 4-H Bunny. He is litter box trained, and would love a home where he gets to be held and played with. We will be looking for just the right home and there will be a rehoming fee to protect Faux. We are not in a rush, and he will stay here until we find the perfect fit for him. He will come with his hutch, feeders, waterers, food, pellets and litter box. Comment below or send me a private message if interested.

We have been blessed with an abundance of Camas, a turnip type food source that has significant cultural meaning to local indigenous people as well as a gorgeous purple flower. For the last two years we have partnered with the local tribal farm so that they can harvest and preserve the camas. This is the largest seed collection by far and we’re looking forward to having them out again to dig bulbs. We love partnering with people who are so knowledgeable about the land, plants and Mother Earth.

Honey Hoof Ranch’s “Imagine Our Sorpresa” had an INCREDIBLE weekend at Blacksheep Gathering. Champion Yearling Ewe, Champion Valais Blacknose Ewe, and Top Four Overall Supreme. We could not be more proud to have such an accomplished ewe as part of our breeding program.

Thank you to for an incredible event, for the judging, information, knowledge and encouragement, Joy and Martin Dally for helping us discover and fall in love with this breed, and everyone else who I just don’t have the space to name. This is a weekend for the memory book!
