Yesterday, we paid a quick visit to our friends at the Colorado Model Railroad Museum in Greeley, Colorado.
My toy DJ got to meet the statue of Dirt that watches over the giant model railroad there, and I found out they moved my brick closer to my departed friend Sadie's brick in the front patio.

We have made it to Cheyenne!
We will be in and out of town all week waiting for Depot Days next weekend. In the meantime, we will be posting pictures with safety slogans to remind people to be safe around the steam trains this summer.

Late in the afternoon, 4014 is run back into the shop

After going a few miles up the hill testing the new Positive Train Control they just installed, they backed the train all the way back to the east end of the yard.

Coming through Speer, where the #3 track over Sherman Hill splits from the line to Denver.
