Seem to be having a bit of confusion with the online diary this past 2 weeks can everyone please remember if they are changing their appointment they need to cancel the previous appointment I have lost out on 10 appointments this week and I can’t run a business like this!!

Also a reminder that the times for your appointments aren’t exact as I’m a mobile groomer and work with animals my schedule can be a bit unpredictable for timings depending on how a dog acts and traffic/distance between clients

When booking can you please enter your address as the client name so it’s known what area I’m in on that day and we can work around what area I’m in as I think that will work a lot better 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Please help these guys if you can Mark Julie Giles and Gregorach Caucasian do some amazing work for this beautiful breed and take on dogs that no one else is willing to! These 2 boys are going to be pts if not rescued as the rspca haven’t got the knowledge needed for this breed, even if it’s only £1 you can donate please can we get some help for the amazing guys and girls that run Caucasian Ovcharka Rescue Uk they don’t close their doors to any of this breed no matter what problems they have! They really are guardian angels for these guardians 💙💙💙

⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️CAN EVERYONE PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS A 50% CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Hate having to put up something so blunt but it’s getting out of hand now! Being self employed at these times is hard enough as it is let alone having to try rebuild my business after my car accident and being unable to work for 4 months now that I’m back everyone is cancelling their appointments but not informing me!!

SIX dogs so far this week have ”cancelled” either by not answering the door or answering and telling me they don’t need my services anymore this means SIX times I have drove to addresses used fuel to get there and been left out of pocket! I do not live in Aberdeen so it is costing me at least £10 in fuel every time! This means so far this week I am £60 down that is without the money I’m loosing from the grooms that I have no time to refill the space it’s absolutely ridiculous and it’s making it nearly impossible for me to have a business that’s worth being up and running

If this continues to happen I’m going to have no choice but to take a booking fee so I know that at least my fuel will be covered if this happens

Again sorry for such a long sh*tty post but I have no other choice 🐾💖

Can’t wait to see all my little and big fluffy friends again, if everyone could give me a message and let me know if they would like to go back to their original diary dates or if they need changed or cancelled, im guessing there is going to be a large amount of messages coming through so might take me a wee while to get through them all

Just to let everyone know as I don’t think I’m going to be up for looking at my diary… I’ve had a really bad car accident today and am lucky to be alive let alone walk out of it but I’ve broke 2 bones in my neck and ripped all my adductor muscle away from the thigh bone so going to be out of work for 6-12 weeks(HOPEFULLY ONLY 6🤞🏽🤞🏽) will get back to everyone as soon as I’m able

So after having a good think about it I have came to a decision that from now going forward I will be charging at least double for badly matted dogs… this is for 2 simple facts… how much longer it takes me to do the dog and how bad is it for my equipment and also for the most important part it is so so stressful and agonising for the dog which results in me being even more likely to receive bites during the groom, the state of some dogs I see is absolutely appalling so going forward this is the new rules put in place

Another year past and I’m still going strong! There’s been tears of frustration, sadness and joy, multiple bites, a thousand laughs had and a few friendships made too, it’s been an eventful bumpy ride but I’ve loved every moment of it even when the dogs are being wee sh*tes 🤣🤣 and I can’t wait for many more to come thank you everyone for your custom over the years 😘💙
