There is a misattribution on this picture, and somehow, it seems like this cartoon has been altered with or without the permission of the author.
One of the many sources with which I fill the page is Pinterest. I came upon this cartoon, which relates so much to us, cat lovers everywhere. Being responsible to give credit to the artist, I read the caption of the picture and it said Andy Borowitz from The New Yorker.
This is where things get interesting.
While Andy Borowitz indeed works for The New Yorker, this cartoon has nothing to do with him. A respectable man named Crowden Satz approached me to offer the truth that this cartoon was his masterpiece with indisputable evidence, and so I am more than happy to correct the attribution of this cartoon.
Because we cannot edit a picture on facebook once it is published, I will keep this post on for three days to give chance for everyone to read this announcement and correction, after which I will delete it, and replace this post with the correct cartoon, attributed to rightful artists.
Thank you Mr. Satz for reaching out and give me the chance to re-share your magnificent cartoon. Thank you for putting smile on the million faces of cat lovers everywhere with your art. Thank you for making our world a little bit of a better place.
Crowden Satz and his art can be found on his website: crowdensatz.com, his FB page is Crowden Satz
Please visit his pages for many more wonderful arts.
