Hi all! I didnt expect so many new ppl to reach out so I should have shared ALL the details because I’m getting a lot of questions that are normally answered in the post. My mistake! So here you go!

9TH ANNUAL WINTERGREEN FAIR! And now
1st ANNUAL WINTERGREEN TOO!

READ CAREFULLY

Remember we always sell out fast so don't delay in booking 🙂

Please read ENTIRE post before messaging to book. At this time we are only booking HANDMADE items.

Vendor tables: $60 Remember that I spend a significant amount on advertising as well. We only have 50 spots available this year. Tables are 8 foot and tables and tables are included.

Location: Coverdale Centre: 50 Runneymeade Road, Riverview

Time: 10am-4pm for shoppers

Set up: 8:30am (please don't show up last minute, you need to be fully set up by the time the doors open at 10am)

-Each vendor must provide an item for our door prizes of your choosing please leave them at the door before 10am.

-Booking is not considered official until payment is received.

-Payments are 100% non-refundable so please do not ask. You can however transfer your table to someone else that must be approved by us first.

-If you book and cannot make it please let us know, failing to do so will mean you will be unable to book the fair again. Empty tables look terrible and we always turn people down so it's not fair to anyone. If you have been a no show in the past please don’t message. If you cancelled and let me know, no matter how last minute, you are welcome back.

-Please only message if you are selling handmade items.

TO BOOK please send a message through our page with what you sell and a link to your page/website etc or photos of what you sell. We try hard to not duplicate vendors with a lot of the same products to make sure there is a good opportunity for sales. IE I will book a couple of soap vendors but not 10.

-When approved send your payment by etransfer to [email protected], we also accept paypal at that address plus $2 for processing fees from paypal.

-Please note in your etransfer notes any special requests for outlets, neighbours etc and we will try to accommodate best we can. We can not promise outlets but will try our best. If you need one please bring a long extension cord in case it's not directly by your table.

THANK YOU! My number one rule for my fairs are always to have fun, I do my very best to bring out crowds which have ranged (mostly due to weather) from 500-1600. You have to do your part to know what people want to buy and to sell your product!
