This evening a follower message me and made inquiries if I have a stud dog available that he could use on his female. Well, this itself is extremely irresponsible and smacks in the face of responsible and ethical breeding. The selection of a stud dog and brood female must not be taken lightly it can take months or even years of careful planning. Both parents should be Kennel Club registered and have documentary proof of all the required breed health tests not just a quick check over at the Vet's. Back street matings lead to health issues for the puppies or as they grow up such as DCM which we are struggling to eradicate for this very reason. If you cannot be bothered to take the time and make the effort then you are unfit to be a Dobermann Breeder and not welcome as a member of this movement.
However, the Dog below is a fully trained 3yrs old Doberman currently hoping to find his family soon...
