We are a military family who was fortunate enough to find Snug at Home when we first got to Ft. Knox! We have a couple kitties who have medical issues- so they’re on a special diet, get daily meds, one even has kidney disease and has to have fluids daily. Due to the current increasing surge in Covid-19 cases, WE WILL NOT be accepting any new pet sitting clients for several months until the pandemic is under control. With hundreds of positive cases being reported EVERY DAY, we simply cannot put ourselves at risk at this time. According to Governor Beshear guidelines, your pets should NOT interact with anyone who does not belong with you.
Snug At Home Pet Sitting has been able to assist with as-needed cases and at one point we assisted a soldier on Fort Knox debilitated by Covid by caring for her cats in full pandemic gear, but the present public refusal to accept mask guidelines has given us no choice but to shut down our business until further notice. PLEASE observe mask guidelines. PLEASE observe safe distancing, and keep your hands clean. Those who say they refuse to live in fear and refuse safety measures have put us all in danger, and this deadly surge in cases is the result. Do your part! Do your patriotic duty and we can get back to normal sooner!

We're back!

Snug At Home is back to give you our latest Covid-19 Update: We’re all safe and sound, and hope you have been, too. An unprecedented worldwide pandemic took its toll on all of us back in March, 2020. We were heartbroken when all our summer clients who had booked ahead were forced to cancel their vacation plans and go under lockdown.

That hurt us, too–in so many ways.

But now that restrictions are easing, and people are itching to get out and reconnect with the world, spend some time in nature, visit family and friends, know that Snug At Home Pet Sitting is here if you need to leave your pets Snug At Home and have some fun!

Pam and Penny are sticking to all prescribed best practices–we’ll be wearing our masks at the Meet and Greet–and we’ll take the best care of your babies as we always have. So this weekend, starting June 12, 2020 we will once again be able to book clients for pet sitting. Limited spaces in our booking schedule apply, so get with us as soon as possible.

And even more importantly–the pandemic has NOT been cancelled. Maintain your social distancing, especially in crowds, wear your mask when you shop, because our retailers see so many customers, and they are always vulnerable, and wash your hands. Stay safe and happy, and hopefully we’ll see you again soon. We’ve missed you.
