🐾 Meet Reggie! 🐾

Reggie was adopted in April after being handed into a local vet as a stray. 🏥💔 The vets treated his injured leg, neutered him, and gave him his vaccinations. 🩹💉 At around 2 years old, with no chip and no one coming forward to claim him, the vet—a friend of his new family—offered him to them, knowing they were looking for a cat. 🐈❤️

When Reggie first arrived, his coat was in poor condition. As a vegan family, his adopters decided to feed him Benevo based on its great reviews—and what a difference it made! 🌱✨ His coat is now soft, shiny, and healthy.

Reggie has settled in wonderfully and is now a cherished member of the family, living happily alongside their two 6-year-old tortoises, Dino & Tiny. 🐢🐢💚

🌱🐾 Rufus (the sandy-coloured sweetheart) and Merlin (the black beauty) are thriving on their plant-based diet with Benevo! 🍴💚 These two cuties were rescued from the Korean dog meat trade in 2022 and have been given a fresh start thanks to their loving guardians. 🛟✨

Rufus, who came to them deeply traumatized, has blossomed into a trusting, happy pup. 🥹💖 Now, both love nothing more than exploring on walks, meeting up with doggy pals 🐕‍🦺🐶, and, of course, enjoying their favourite meals. 🌿🍲

It’s hard to believe it’s already been over a month since we spent time with all the amazing pups at Vegancampout! 🐾 While we don’t like to play favourites, Pippin, Darcy, and AJ definitely stole a little Chihuahua-sized piece of our hearts. 🐕💛

We had such a blast! 🎉

A super Benevo story continued from our last post 🐱🐶 🌱[Part 2]
"Zarah’s favorite things to do are cuddle with Ahavah, play with my beard, ride in the car to go to the pet store, and various other animal friendly stores we go to. She loves hiking and trail walking! She hates when I have to pick her up and has done a hike, completely plant-powered!

Outside of Benevo, her favourite things are celery, musk melon, watermelon, noodles, catnip tea… and oh, the most important thing!!!! Bread!!!! She is a bread cat, she steals bread right out of your hand, I do my best to limit it…But my vet said there is only so much you can do!

Thanks for an excellent product! Her coat is better than when I got her, way softer. She is super healthy and energetic!!!! Never missed a beat! My brother is vegetarian and is now looking into his cats, because of how well Zarah is doing!"

A Benevo Hero story of Zarah the cat from Pet Parent Phillip! (feat. Ahavah the husky)🐱🐶🌱 [Part 1]
"Meet Zarah, she is a 4-year-old American Shorthair! We adopted her in November for my Grandma. My Grandma had late-stage dementia and was screaming for her cat (hadn’t had a cat in 40+ years). The long-term goal was to give the cat to my brother (he has 4).

My Grandma was too much for the cat and just her presence was enough… what we didn’t expect was her bonding with our Ahavah! Ahavah was my Grandma’s Alzheimer’s Assistance Service Husky! Within 24 hours of being at our house, Zarah insisted on cuddling with Ahavah. Boom… They bonded and do everything together! So now Zarah is a permanent part of the family! The problem though, Ahavah has been vegan since 9 weeks old… I thought cats couldn’t be vegan … until a friend sent me a message about Dr Knight’s research! So, that started the search, which brought us to Benevo! I bought a small bag to see if she would like it. Come to find out, she liked it better than the food the shelter gave us that she had been eating for a while. First day, I mixed the Benevo in… she picked out all the Benevo and left the other food… Third day, she picked out all the Benevo and left the other. So day 4 I gave her straight Benevo! No GI issues, no problems… she chose the food she liked. My brother went through the roof and mailed me some of his ultra-premium, super-whatever meat food to try… she still picked out the Benevo and left the other. So, according to Zarah Benevo is the best food on the planet!!! She is a little weird though… she will not eat until she gets her butt pats! I put the food in and she looks at me, waits, stares, meows… pat, pat, pat, boon she inhales it!!!!"
