We are Ottawa's paw-some spot for small dog pampering, so trust us, we know how to make your pup look like a million bucks! With over 40 years of experience in the care, grooming, and handling of dogs, you can trust us with your pet. Your Pooch will leave happy, safe, and superbly groomed. We use only the best products in our clean and friendly studio and offer a full range of grooming services fo

r select small dogs under 30 pounds. I will no longer take on new dogs that will be medium to large, even if they are puppies. PRICES
There is a Minimum charge for one hour ($70.00) for full grooms on coated dogs (long-haired coats that require clipper or scissor work), then It's 60 cents per minute thereafter, up to two hours max. For example, the first hour is $70.00 plus an extra 10 minutes($6.00) total charge is $76.00 plus tax. Extra fees may be applied to dogs who go beyond 2 months of previous groom, or severe matting. For dogs who are refused for aggression or unsafe behavior, the owner will be required to pay a minimum hour charge regardless of whether work is performed. Dogs (short-coated) that do not require clipping or sc******ng, just bath, dry, and nails the price is $1.30 per minute. GROOMING AGREEMENT CHANGES

All new clients must show proof of their dog's full vaccinations or a titer test. We reserve the right to refuse any aggressive or uncontrollable dogs. We also will not do skunked dogs or dogs with fleas or ticks. Please let us know within 24 hours of your dog's groom if there is something you want corrected or changed on his/her groom. We prefer this right away as we can recall particulars easier, and to better serve you. If after 24 hours you will have to wait for the next groom for changes. Masks required.

1-Dogs must be picked up within 20 minutes when completed.

2-Please call if running late or when being more than 15 minutes late dropping off your dog for his/her scheduled appointment it will be considered a no-show and schedule permitting it may not be groomed that day. Your appointment will be rescheduled and the fee will have to be paid before making another appointment.
