Acupuncture day!!
I just know I show up, eat peanut butter, get lots of love and go home for an epic nap and somehow I’m more chill than I used to be 🤷‍♀️

This was truly a last ditch effort for anxiety treatment and has been life changing. 10/10 definitely recommend

I went to the Dogter today to try acupuncture for my anxiety. It went great! I was a huge jerk last time I visited the Dogter because they tried to do medical things. This time I got to see my friend Alisa and eat snacks. I’m feeling pretty snuggly now. Let’s hope my wall eating days are behind me!

Anxiety has made home life pretty ruff lately but it seems to make me a great office dog 🤷‍♀️ (aside from stinking the place up with peanut butter). Stay close to the human, nap, eat snacks and occasionally greet new humans. Easy!
