SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP Florida Residents FedEx Express Overnight shipping is $25.00 and Lower 48 FedEx Express Overnight shipping is $45.00. Free local pickup in Cape Coral, Florida. FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping is $375 in 1 transaction for Florida residents & $400 in 1 transaction for lower 48 residents. Specials & Promotions or Wholesaler runs are not included in the Free Shipping offer being we only charge a $5 or $10 fee to cover the transaction fee. In the event a coral dies we do our best to replace or discount another item. But we are not liable for holding livestock over 7 days.

Jaybyrd Aquatics was founded to offer reefers quality coral ranging from various prices. We believe in offering a little of everything, from SPS Coral, Soft Corals, LPS Corals, Mushrooms and of course Zoas. Our QT process is very strict everything that comes in is dipped and dipped again. We also have a stand alone intake system where corals are inspected prior to going into the main sale tanks. We take pride and do our best to make sure every coral is pest free. We also offer nationwide shipping as well as local pickup. Thank you for your support.

DOA* Information: Refunds are issued as Store Credit Only for the price of the Coral, Shipping/Handling charges are Non-refundable (NO CASH REFUNDS). We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or any other delays by FedEx. We do our best to make things good in the event of a delay by FedEx but you have to be open minded being we have no control over FedEx’s shipping times. Dated: 12/01/2020

DOA* Claim Procedure: You must notify us within One (1) hour of the delivery time stamp. You must send pictures, viva Text or E-Mail, of the items and corals must be in the “Original Packaging” (NO EXCEPTIONS) or unless otherwise requested prior to shipping. Dated: 12/01/2020

DOA* Disclaimer: No cash refunds will be issued on DOA* items. If you open the package containing the said DOA* coral without confirming with us first our DOA* Guarantee becomes null and void. In the event your package is delayed past the time stamp on shipping label, we have full rights to refuse any DOA*. If package is not picked up at FedEx facility within 2 hours of delivery time stamp our DOA* Guarantee becomes null and void. Dated: 12/01/2020

Guidelines, Refunds, Store Credits or Replacements: We deal with livestock and if the box arrived on time, chances are the items would be alive. Buyer accepts ANY and ALL risks of the shipping process or delays from FedEx not us. We will be fair but understand this is out of our control and we cannot cover stuff we do not have control over anymore. Dated: 12/01/2020

Held Items: We will hold items for ten days (10 days) from the sale date or auction end date at your request to combine multiple orders. If corals are held longer than ten days (10 days), and die we are not responsible to cover replacements. Additional charges may arise if larger corals are sent and the weight and box size is higher/larger than a 1 lb. box or 8x8x6 box. Dated: 12/01/2020

Supplier Runs / Supplier Items: When we offer supplier runs, a $10/$20 service fee will be added to cover transaction fees and handling. Payment for corals must be submitted prior to us checking out at supplier. Supplier run corals are NOT COVERED under our DOA* Guarantee. If you choose to purchase coral/corals on a supplier run to save money you accept ANY and ALL risks for shipping. NO CASH refunds or Store Credit will be issued for any reason in the event of a DOA* supplier run item. Dated: 12/01/2020

Pre-Ordered Corals (Supplier Runs): ALL prices quoted for pre-ordered coral are an estimate. Client understands due to availability prices may change. If we quote a price prior and the supplier charges us more for said corals at the time of pickup, the customer is responsible to pay the difference of the coral up 20% of the original Quote, No Exceptions! Any price change above a 21% increase, client will be contacted for approval.

Disclaimer: If client can not be contacted to approve the 21% or higher price increase by the time of supplier run check out, funds paid will be converted to Store Credit Only.

Refusal of Product: Coral purchased under client request and then refused delivery a 35% restocking fee will be assessed of the total price of the coral, (excluding shipping). The remaining balance will be refunded as store credit only once the said coral is sold. No refund will be issued on Pre Orders until said coral/corals are sold, there are NO CASH REFUNDS. If Coral is not sold within 14 days of purchase or DOA* happens client forfeits all claims to refunds. Dated: 12/01/2020

Baffle/Raffle Guidelines: You are paying for a spot (spots) on this invoice! This is for the current Baffle listed on the Invoice title! There are ZERO Refunds! If your number wins you will have the Baffle item/items shipped directly to your door! No additional or hidden charges. In the event of a DOA*, your invoice entry will be refunded. DOA’s* are not covered in Baffle’s. Replacements can be sent for cost of the new coral covered by you not us. We also do not cover shipping costs on replacements. Dated: 12/01/2020
