Hello

I hope this email finds you well!

I am reaching out on behalf behalf of the OSU CVM Monthly vaccine clinic, to ask if the Columbus Academy of Veterinary Medicine would be able to willing to advertise our monthly clinic in your newsletter in order to increase participation from veterinarians outside of the veterinary school. We really enjoy having new faces with new expertise and guidance to offer!

The Ohio State University Veterinary Outreach Program recently started a monthly vaccine clinic. The clinic is run by me and my partner, Melanie Bizzarro (both 2nd year vet students), Dr. Laurie Millward, and Dr. Missy Matusicky. The clinic provides free core vaccines to members of Columbus whose income falls below 138% of the poverty line. For each clinic we have 4 vets running stations for appointments who teach students to administer vaccines and perform physical exams. The clinic is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10am-2pm at Central Community House (1150 E Main St, Columbus, OH, 43205).

We would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to share this opportunity with your members. We would love to engage more veterinarians in the Columbus area!

I am attaching the recruitment survey that interested veterinarians should fill out to the indicate the clinic dates they would like to participate in (this survey covers interest in any of the March 2020-May 2020 clinics)
https://osu.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7Wg9wbHL75Jm9AV

Please feel free to include my email ([email protected]) in the advertisement

Please let me know if this would be possible and if you need anything further from me! Have a wonderful week!

Thank you
Daniella
