Roy was an orange and white tabby cat. He was born in th Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts to the cat Trouble and was adopted from te MSPCA Animal Shelter on November 29, 1996 by the Sinacori's. As you tube came about in 2006, Roy's brother Mark Sinacori would make videos with him, voicing him, or his mother, Rosemary Sinacori (Rosey53) would make videos singing to him.

Roy as sitcom with Spanish Voice Over...let's say Roys birthmother wants to know how long he's been married to Rosemary, then asks if Gaetano is but Roy says he's Mama's brother, then Dad gets mad that Roy messed up the litter in the bathroom!

Let’s say Roy’s birth mother showed up in season 5 of his pretend sitcom Roy. She’d get to know the Sinacori’s and their quirks. She’d ask how he likes living there the last 5 years and Roy says that Mama, Daddy and Marco are a lot of fun. Mark then would be mad at Roy for making a mess of his litter in the bathroom, demanding he clean it, Roy calls him an idiot but cool, his mother disagrees, then Mama calls for Roy and Roy tells his birth mother that Mama is his other mother whom he married. Roy’s birth mother thinks he’s crazy!
