Hi there My name is Stanley. I am a little over 1-year-old full of energy and am a typical gray ghost.

When I adopted Stanley they said that he was a mastiff. We actually have a mastiff at home and he is very mellow as are Mastiff's called gentle Giants. Our Mastiff at home has attacked him several times and I fear for his safety. It's obvious he is a Weimaraner mix but he jumps and leaps like a kangaroo and climbs as high as he could get. He is a puppy very much so. And needs someone who will give him the activity he needs in a loving home. We just received word that one of our puppies (he’s 4 and from our only litter) needs to be rehomed, he’s been professionally trained. I am waiting for current pictures. If anyone is interested please let me know. He’s in Utah.

5 year old Weimaraner needs to be rehomed. She lives on a farm and loves to hunt, so much so we can’t get her to stop. She is house trained and listens when you are right next to her. Small animals such as chickens and cats are not safe in her presence. She is good with other large animals and other large dogs. She has mattery eyes that can be corrected with surgery, per the vet. Hello there! I'm Clark! First of all,
I am great at a lot of things. For
instance I am a fabulous running
partner, I have one of the
dopiest and happiest grins
you've ever seen, I make people
happy when they meet me, and I
am smart so I learn quickly. I
know sit, down, stay, etc. I pay
close attention to people when
they teach me things. I like
treats and I love to please my
people!

I also love water and water play.
Toys are a blast! I love to play
with my person too. I'm crate-
trained and find comfort and
enjoyment while in my crate. I'm
one of those dogs that lights up
when I see my crate so it would
comfort me to keep mine open
and accessible in my new home.
I'm getting A+ marks on the
Agility Course here and I'm
engaging very well with a variety
of volunteers that are taking
care of me. That's just a short
list of the things that I enjoy and
that I'm great at doing.

Overall, I do my absolute very
best to be a Great Dog.
However, it seems I have fallen
short in my first home, because
now I've found myself here at
Desert Haven. I came to my first
family as a small puppy and
grew up with them for about two
years. I even had little kid
siblings to grow up with. I had
love, toys, a running partner, and
lots of good times.

While I was a well-loved dog,
over time I grew to feel more
and more strongly that I had to
protect the woman of my home.
I know she loved me, but she
had a sort of weakness in her for me. All-in-all, we simply weren't a good match.

I am ready for a do-over!
deserve a great person who
maintains a strong and confident
way with dogs. Here is what I
need: I need my person's full
attention, training, and guidance
and this means that I cannot
share a home with another pet; I
will need to be the only pet in
my home.

I also may do best in a home
with only one human. My new
person will need to understand
that I thrive with exercise and
discipline. I want to be the loving
and happy dog I am meant to
be. This is what I know in my
heart is possible and the people
here at Desert Haven believe it
too! To accomplish this the team
here believes that my new
human must be willing to focus
just on me.

that I am, and I am so happy to
find the person that wants me to

Hi! I’m located in Memphis, TN and I need to rehome my Weimaraner. We are having to downsize and won’t have the space to take him with us. I’d hate to have to leave him crated in a garage all day. He is 14 months old up to date on all shots. We are asking for a $500 rehoming fee. We really want him to go to a loving caring home. Preferably someone with at least one other dog because he has an extreme amount of energy and loves to play!! He isn’t neutered because we had planned on breeding him. He is super friendly, house trained and doesn’t bark at all, unless he’s playing of course! I hope someone can help.
