Kitty Update:

KitKat and Praline are settling in to their foster home. Unfortunately, they both have upper respiratory infections. Mommy KitKat has double ear infections, and sadly Praline has ulcers in both of her little eyes.

They will remain in quarantine until they are healthy. Keep thinking good, healing thoughts for Praline 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Eyes can be very touchy, and we certainly want them to heal quickly.

Currently we are in need of financial donations for their continued care, and kitten food from our Amazon Wishlist.

🥰 Senior Heeler ready for a Foster to Adopt Home 🥰
Meet Hattie! She is a sweet senior Heeler who is looking for a family to call her very own. She is very affectionate and happy, loves toys and just wants to be wherever her humans are.
Currently Hattie is doing wonderfully in her foster home, where she lives together with both dogs and cats. She has a special love for stuffed animals, especially the kind that squeak! She gets zoomies when it's time to play, and time to eat. Hattie is such a happy girl.

At this time, Hattie is undergoing heartworm treatment, and therefore is only available through our Foster to Adopt program. Our organization completely covers heartworm treatment.

**Foster to Adopt applicants must be within an hour of Fayetteville, NC who would be available to bring her to veterinary appointments and give her a soft place to land while she receives the remainder of her heartworm treatment.

💟 A Senior Sunday Favorite!! 💟

Hi! My name is Dawson and I am an adorable dog with lots of love to give. I am a loyal and friendly boy who is on the search for my forever home. I love belly rubs, snacks, and most of all, my favourite humans. I am a bit quirky, as I was born with a slightly deformed back leg, but that doesn't stop me from having fun and enjoying life's adventures. I love going for walks! I am very affectionate and form strong bonds with the people I love. I had a rough start to life, with some not so nice living conditions before being rescued, but I am a tough little pup who has overcome adversity and is looking for a family to love me for who I am. I must admit, I have a bit of a crush on the ladies, so I prefer to live with a female owner if possible, but I am also good with respectful kiddos, cats, and other dogs too as long as they don't want to get too rowdy. I take a little bit of time to warm up to new doggie friends and new surroundings, but once I feel comfortable we can be besties for life. If you are looking for a fun-loving, food-obsessed, and silly new furry friend, then look no further.

✨A VERY SPECIAL SUNDAY SENIOR✨

Where are our English Bulldog people?!

Ruthie, the special needs queen, is searching for a foster-to-adopt home of her very own!

Ruthie is a senior (8yo) english bulldog with Spina Bifida. Ruthie does wear diapers inside the house and she takes daily meds to alleviate symtoms of arthritis.

Ruthie is full of s***k and sass! She loves a good comfy bed and she is the velcro gal!

Ruthie does well roaming when left alone. She has never shown any destructive tendencies.

Ruthie is SUCH a people person and a total ham! She will follow you around like a shadow when you're home (especially if you have a snack!)

She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can live out her forever.

Ruthie does well with other dogs of all sizes and can be cat tested upon request.

We went to Hoke today to pull a kitten for the lone kitten we were given on Saturday.

Just look at this beautiful lady. She has been settling into her foster home nicely since her surgery. We are delighted to learn that the mammary tumor that she has removed was benign and not cancerous. 🥳
She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and getting along well with the resident dogs and cats (with appropriate introductions!)

Hattie (aka Harriett, aka Mama) is accepting applications for Foster to Adopt ONLY at this time as she still must go through heartworm treatment before she is fully Adoptable.

If you are interested in a senior Heeler, send us a message! Foster to Adopt applicants must be within a one hour radius of Raeford for continued heartworm treatment.
