🌟 Senior Pet Sunday Spotlight: Meet Ruthie! 🌟

Say hello to Ruthie, a sweet senior gal with a heart full of love and a personality to match! 🐾 Ruthie enjoys nothing more than lounging on the porch for a good snooze or curling up on her favorite dog bed with a tasty treat. She’s a goofy goober who gets along well with everyone she meets. 🐶💖

Ruthie is a special needs girl who requires some extra care. Due to her spina bifida, she is incontinent and needs diapers or potty pads inside. She also has severe arthritis, which is being managed with medication. Despite these challenges, Ruthie is a happy and laid-back lady who LOVES people, especially if you have a snack in hand! 🍗 We know she’s the perfect companion for a patient, understanding family who’s ready to spoil her with love.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of our supporters, family, and friends who have helped us reach our goal for Vala's Tumor Removal surgery. 🫶🏻 We met and surpassed the amount needed, and have scheduled surgery for March 13 (the earliest available date)!!

We truly appreciate each and every one of you. Just like our dear, Potato Queen Vala, you fuel the fire that keeps us going when the future looks dark. 💜💜

If you would like to send Vala some words of encouragement below, we pinky promise to read all of your messages to her. 🥰
We put together a wishlist for some things to help Vala heal stay comfortable, and to hopefully help prevent any further cancer from returning. This will be her third occurrence of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the skin 🥺 (a form of skin cancer) While we cannot guarantee it won't return, we can try our best to prevent it. 💜
