Hazelgrove Chickens and Clydesdales

With a heavy heart we're looking to rehome a beautiful 3 year old pointer, Poppy. She's entire but never had pups. She's struggling in our busy life, between work, kids etc.

She's super high energy with high prey drive, which is hard with the temptation of all the different poultry we have here. She's done a bit of early deer skin training and picked it up very quickly. She would love a job but needs consistent firm boundaries and expectations from her humans. She's great with kids, but will at times bound into the way of smaller ones and bikes etc as she's on the go. She needs her brain worked not just out for runs, but at the same time would be a perfect running buddy! She'd be great hunting too. She's currently kenneled outside, but is happy inside also, we live in a tiny home and it was just a bit much having her inside for us. She's great with other dogs especially if they're playful!!!

Naia is looking for a new paddock. She's out of a full Clydesdale mare, 13.2hh Arab/Welsh stallion, unusual to still get a blood over bone cross... EMH around 15hh. Quite flashy moment, but would equally be suitable as a farm hack when older. Light handled, quick learner. In full winter fluffy, if still here in spring and might make it out to the show ring with me. Price will go up with handling/experience.

Would consider a swap for a watertight shipping container...

I know I just posted this morning about not hatching ra-ra-ra.... well I went to my parents and collected a bucket of silkie eggs, which are still penned up in their colour groups. Well of course they're going in the incubator alongside duck eggs which went in 2 weeks ago. Ducks are runner ducks I've bought in as well as crested ducks from a crested Welsh Harlequin boy and Khaki Campbell girls.

I might have some chicks available in 3 weeks if the hatch goes well!

A bit of an update, I have moved house and have relocated to Cust. I have the horses here and have been creating a bit of a Old McDonald's Farm here. Adding geese, turkeys, ducks, sheep and calves to the farm. At the moment out here we just have a mixed flock of hens without any roosters in with them. My plan is to move the silkies out over the school holidays, but might not move the coops till later, so might not have individual coloured silkie eggs this season. Might just take a while to set the farm up fully!

She is straight and correct with beautiful paces and a fantastic attitude to match.

I have popped her over a few fences here and she has shown a lovely natural jump, and seems to really enjoy it.
Looking for a contracted, lease home. She will make an amazing edition to any breeding set up, I just unfortunately do not have time this season. References are a must.

I'm not sure if I should pen up my silkies or not for the coming season. I don't want to breed for myself this season as I have too much going on to have the incubators going. But I could pen them up to sell eggs of there was interest from people to buy them.

Would there be interest in silkie eggs in spring? I have lavender, mottle and paint.
