To support the XL Bully community again, I would like to do a Pawsome Wraffle! And your chance to win a FREE pamper session for your pooch!

Every single penny goes straight into the XL Bully pot run via Dannii Howe and you can follow along through the Paws4Play - Thanet page. This is for vet fees etc for owners who are struggling to afford the neutering costs due to the new rules. I couldn't imagine being in the owners situation just for having another family member, can you?

I will run the Wraffle from 1st to End of February. Every ticket is £1.

Hey lovely people!
Hope everyone has had a fabulous festive holiday and a wonderful New Year 🎊...
I have limited spaces left for January and February so if your pooch missed their pre holiday pamper session please drop me a message to get your pooch in.
I'm looking into March and April where I am able to take on a few new clients 🙌🏻. Don't forget that Alys' Pet Services 🐶 specalising in Nervous and/or aggressive pooches, this is done in a positive reinforcement way, with no forceful handling allowing your pooch time to relax and learn to understand that grooming isn't so bad 🥰. This is not a quick fix, some pooches will take multiple sessions for this to be accomplished, but as the saying goes slow and steady wins the race 🙌🏻.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year 🎊 to all of my wonderful clients! It has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside owners and pooches throughout this year. I have managed to help lots of different pooches and really helped some turn a corner when it comes to their grooming experiences 😍.. I made a huge jump this year and each of you were behind me, so thank you so very much 🥰...

Good Evening Everyone,

Just a quick post to let people know, that for the moment, I have made the decision to close my books and will not be taking on any new customers.

I am so incredibly grateful for everyone that chooses me as their dog groomer and right now my priority needs to be my existing customers and ensuring I can fit their pooches in regularly.

I am currently working 7 days a week, both day and evening and still booked up for months in advance! Of course, for a small business this is an amazing position to be in but I probably need to start giving myself the odd day off 🤣

So, if you have already spoken with me and are booked in as a new customer then please don't worry this does not effect you. For anyone else, please keep an eye on this page and I will announce when I am in a position to take on more customers 😊

This pooch 😍. He knows when Aunty Alys is coming to get him for his pamper session and doesn't go back indoors until I've driven away when I drop him back home again 🥰 Frank is part shepherd and sheds like it's going out of fashion 🤣 The blow dryer is the most fun game ever!
He is absolutely crazy (which is fantastic) and thinks pamper days are the best days! See you soon Franky Boy

Fabulous Frank! He came for his free pamper session today 😍 he had a brilliant time. And I can not get over his tongue 🤪 his mum said it's always poking out even when he sleeps 🤣 Mr Frank will now be coming on a regular basis for a pamper which is going to help a lot with his shedding 🙌🏻 see you soon beautiful boy ❣️

Thank you to everyone who has booked in for their free XL Bully grooms 🙌🏻 I have met a lot of your wonderful pooches and people. Now have done and have a months worth of pooches booked in. So due to the vast amount of interest I've had I will have to close the offer for the moment 🥰 If or when I decide to open this offer back up again it will be posted on my page immediately 💕 If you still want a pamper for your pooches then I do have dates throughout November and December for a pamper session 💖

Good evening everyone,

I don't like having to post things such as these, however at the moment I feel I have no choice.

As many of you will know I am self employed and dog grooming is my sole income. My terms & conditions require all cancellations to be at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. I totally understand that there may be circumstances whereby this is impossible and in these instances I am always accommodating. Recently however I have had a few customers cancel either on the day, less than 24 hours before or just not show up at all. With adequate notice I am usually able to fill any cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If I am not given notice it is impossible for me to fill your space. This of course then greatly effects my earnings.

If I could reiterate to all my customers that the cancellation/reschedule policy is 72 hours prior to your appointment please unless emergency circumstances which I am always happy to accommodate. Please be mindful that unfilled spaces effects my earnings. I really do not want to have to implement a deposit system, but I may unfortunately have to if this situation arises again. If a cancellation is less than 24 hours notice i will have to implement a full service charge which your groom would have cost, due to not being able to fill the spaces.
