Personality:

Bella is a lovely, friendly dog who just loves to cuddle! She is very active and quite excitable and although she loves everyone, children need to be ready for her exuberance!

Suitable Home:

Bella needs a new home due to owner's circumstances. She will make a fabulous companion and would like her new owners to be at home the majority of the time.
She can be a little needy and will need an experienced owner that can continue with building her confidence so that she can be left for short periods. For this reason, she will need a confident and compatible companion dog.
She will need a large garden and two substantial walks each day. She needs ongoing training with recall and her predisposition to escape from the house!

Additional Information:

Bella is neutered and her vaccinations are in place.

Our beautiful sanctuary lady Belinda came to us in a very poor state, part of the reason she is struggling is that her teeth are in a terrible state, however she has been too weak to consider getting her help with these.

Now after weeks of hand feeding by the volunteers and a wide selections of food made by Laura to try and tempt her, she has put on enough weight that the vet feels she can be considered for surgery on her teeth.

We appreciate now is not a great time to be asking for help, but if anyone can support her vet fee's it will make such a difference.

Poor Libby is still awaiting her forever home 🙁 Please share.

Libby needs a home which is all on one level, or where she can be carried upstairs safely. She will come down the stairs, as long as you are with her, telling her ‘down’ so that she knows there are steps, but stairs obviously need to be carefully managed for Libby’s safety, with a stairgate for example. She would like a safe garden to potter in, human company most of the time, no other pets, plenty of toys, plus walkies and sofa snuggles!
