About Pets on Cloud Nine Geelong

Pets on Cloud Nine Geelong is a registered business offering home visits, overnight stays and dog walking services.

Pets on Cloud Nine is a certified pet sitter holding a certificate in Pet First Aid, so you can feel at peace knowing that your pet will be in the safest hands. We understand how precious your pets are to you, which is why we treat all pets in our care like they’re one of the family.

Home Visits

We visit your pets in the comfort of their own home once or twice daily to feed them, top up their water, enjoy some play time and have lots of cuddles. We care for your pet’s individual needs and look after them while you’re away. We’ll even send you some photos so you can see what your fur-babies are up to!

Additional extras include dog walking and pooper scooping.

Payment Options

Cash: Payable on or prior to the first scheduled home visit

Bank Transfer: Payable prior to the first scheduled home visit

Overnight Stays

We stay at your house overnight to keep your pets company in the comfort of their own home. A flat rate of $45 per night includes a 30 minute dog walk per day. We’ll even send you some photos so you can see what your fur-babies are up to!

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and can be made by cash or bank transfer.

If cancellations are made at least 4 weeks prior to your booking = you will be given a FULL refund of your deposit.

If cancellations are made less than 4 weeks prior to your booking = HALF of your deposit will be refunded.

Payment Options

Cash: Remaining amount payable on or prior to the first scheduled overnight stay

Bank Transfer: Remaining amount payable prior to the first scheduled overnight stay

Dog Walking

Whether you’re at work, busy studying, or just don’t have enough time, we can walk your dog for you in rain, hail or shine! Pets on Cloud Nine provide your dog with a walk in your local area - 30 minute and 60 minute options available. We are very happy to follow any special instructions you might have for your dog while they are out on their walk – just let us know!
