Torrential rain 🌧️ Hailstones and gale force winds 🌬️ thanks to Isha and Jocelyn means only a few photos from the last couple of weeks. With the exception of the hailstone walk, I’d say the dogs were not in the least bit bothered by the weather and still had lots of fun together 🐶 🐾 😃

Remember Sunny and his P*e bag?

Well tonight he has good news to share his p*e bag is away and he is p*eing himself with no help! 3 hard weeks of catheters seems to have done the trick to 'reset' his bladder and allow Sunny to empty it without assistance. Well done Sunny & Emma his mum who handled it all very well dispite some of her stressy moments and minor panic attacks 🙂

☀️ A little update on Sunny as so many people are asking about him. He’s doing really well. Tonight he had his Foley catheter and bag changed so we are now onto our third and final 🤞🏻 week. There is no way of knowing if this will work until the catheter comes out for good but Sunny is coping amazingly well with it all and making the whole experience far less stressful for me than anticipated. He’s eating, sleeping and going for his walks as if nothing has ever happened. We’ve had a few little holes in the bag where he’s got it caught on brambles but nothing that superglue and duck tape hasn’t fixed. Tonight the sedative he had to get the catheter changed made his legs a little wobbly so he was carried out Emperor style to the van and as you can see, he was feeling quite proud of the situation 😆 Thank you very much to everyone who has thought about us and asked about Sunny’s wellbeing, we really appreciate your kindness xx

☀️ Thank you to everybody who has been asking after Sunny. He’s been thoroughly enjoying being spoilt by his Nanny Mo who came up to Scotland especially to look after him 🥰 Today he went to see his pal Hudson and chilled out in the garden with him for a couple of hours. He’s coping amazingly well with his urine bag but hasn’t realised that he can’t actually p*e for himself at the moment 😆 So far, so good 🤞🏻 xx

☀️ The leader of our little gang had to have an operation today. He’s been having some issues with his water works and he’s got a bag fitted to try to rest his bladder. He’s also had his unmentionables removed but thankfully he’s currently too sleepy to realise they are missing.
Thank you to all of my clients for their understanding as I’ve been juggling walks and days off to care for Sunny. I appreciate your kindness.
Fingers tightly crossed for a good recovery and sp*edy return to group walks for the main man 🐾
