To anyone ordering from small shops online or places like Etsy: Please understand that shipping times are wildly unpredictable right now due to the pandemic and they are entirely out of the control of the sellers.

If an item doesn't arrive when you think it will, please contact the seller before leaving a negative review. I understand you might be angry about it, but the little shops you are ordering from might be entirely dependant on the income from their store (especially now), and your moment of anger over something that is outside of their control can negatively impact sales.

Please try to take it in stride and order eeeeextra early in case it takes longer than you think it should. (It probably will.)
