Mr. Shannon was nice enough to give us a tour of his kitty compound during feeding time. Shannon takes care 33 Ditch Tigers at his home. The tigers live in various shelters around his home. To keep warm the tigers bed down and snuggle in makeshift straw beds that he constructed.

Hey all you cool cats and kittens, we wanted to introduce to you a shining star in the ditch tiger community - Fishy. He hails from Hoopers Island and was picked up off the side of the road in October 2019. Since departing from his rural roots, Fishy has been living the high life on a waterfront estate in Annapolis - as we like to call it “from ditches to riches”

Fishy has grown to appreciate the finer things in life, like smoked salmon, head scratches and lounging in the sink.

We look forward to following fishy and his gentrification process. The little man is a true ambassador to our community!

Ditch tigers showed up to the early voting polls this week in Dorchester County to make their voice heard. Although many believe the Ditch Tiger population greatly outnumbers the human population in Dorchester County, the voices and opinions of this vast majority are seldom considered.
