Dog walkers please be vigilant in the park. Young man riding a blue electric motor bike in the park this morning appeared to be trying to encourage a dog to run with him... the owner was calling for his do to come back.
The bike rider was challenged and said he was trying to get the dog to go to the owner but he clearly wasn't as he was going in the opposite direction.
A motor bike riding in a public park doesn't sound right either!
Keep ur eyes peeled...
