As restrictions are being lifted and barns open, I will be booking appointments.
I’ll be sticking to one barn a day and I will being sure to follow social distancing as well as any individual rules your barn imposes.

I’ll be carrying hand sanitizer on me at all times and washing hands when I enter the barn, before I touch anything, and after each horse. (FYI-I do this anyway all the time even when we are not in a pandemic for regular biosecurity.)

Everyone, please reach out to book, I can’t wait to see you all and your horses!!

Perusing through one of my books “Equine Fitness” by Jec Aristotle Ballou, and thought it was worth a share. “A tight shoulder muscle is most often to blame for a strained tendon in the lower leg”
This is so true, and one of the reasons why massage is such a wonderful preventative. A tightening in a muscle will impact tension all the way down.

Missing you all and your horses! I’m looking forward to when barns are back open but glad everyone is staying safe!

I’m really excited to announce that I have an Invictus half pad coming in the mail so that my clients are able to trial one. They are made with a non-Newtonian shock absorbing material to protect your horse’s back. The technology is seriously amazing.

https://en.invictus-equestrian.com/

The Invictus Saddle Pad is only 1,5cm thin, but thanks to the patented D3O® technology, it delivers singular protection against pressure and impact. Completely breathable and non-slip, it outperforms any other material of comparable thickness.

Hey beloved clients! I’m taking a pause while barns are closed from working with your horses and focusing on my other job as a tech in my local Emergency Department.
(Don’t worry!!!!!!The second it’s ok to resume I will!!!!)

Hoping you all and your horses are staying safe.
I’ll be running a few contests and posting some new gear to stay connected with you all in the days (weeks? Months?) to come.
So far I’m rescheduling to the end of April but we shall see how things play out. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, comments or concerns.
Stay home, wash your hands, and I’ll see everyone soon! 💗

Confession: I've slowly been crippling my pony. I had no idea my saddle was the reason his ribs and pelvis are constantly out of alignment or that he couldn't physically move forward well. I just thought he was lazy. Saddle fit makes all the difference between a healthy horse and long-term damage.
